A month-long score freeze outlasts the drawdown pause
The 10% stage maximum on $100,000 is a $10,000 hole. The first time it prints, allocation pauses for 2 weeks. Traders treat that as the only fail state, because it is the one that looks like a traditional breach. The Edge Score is the other fail state. It runs from 50 early toward 90 or higher, and one ticket that dwarfs your recent risk can put you under the minimum without ever reaching $10,000 down.
The score freeze holds multiplier progression for a month. If the 1st falls inside that month, the up-to-90% multiplier share waits. Profit on your own deposit is still yours at 100%, which is cold comfort if the multiplier was the point of the account. Open a Venasri account and log the score next to equity so a green P&L cannot hide a risk outlier.
00:00 takes the equity you actually have
The day resets at 00:00 on the Axi MT4 or MT5 server, and the book is judged on live equity. A $3,200 open winner at 23:50 is not a cushion you can spend twice. If the reset marks that richer equity, a full giveback after midnight is $3,200 of the new $5,000 day before you place a planned trade. Closed profit from yesterday can still look excellent in the blotter.
This is the rollover version of a hidden breach. Nothing violated a written blackout, because there is no news blackout and weekend holding is fully permitted. The rule is simply that open risk is real at the snapshot. Partial the runner if you want the next session to start from cash you have booked. Bot controls should flatten or shrink anything whose open loss or open gain is large relative to $5,000 in the last minutes before midnight.
The outlier is usually gold, an index open, or a revenge add
A 1.45 lot gold stop at 70 pips is about $1,015. That is inside the $5,000 day and above a $650 band. A NAS100 scalp that keeps a 100-point stop and doubles the contracts is the same story in a different symbol, especially if it fires on the unfinished 13:30 UTC bar. A revenge add, more than twice the planned lot within five minutes of a loss, is the third version.
Any of those can be the score event. They can also gap across 00:00 and become the next day's problem as well as this one's. Seven planned stops at $350 would have been $2,450 and boring. The hidden breach is almost never seven boring stops. It is one ticket the trader can explain and the score will not.
One flatten for the day, one cap for the ticket
Equity Guard at $4,250 stops the $5,000 day from being the exit. It does not stop a $1,800 loser from bothering the score, because $1,800 is well inside $4,250. You need a per-ticket cap near $350 to $650 on top of the equity flatten. Use both. The quarantine at $10,000 is the third number, and you should never see it if the first two are armed.
Expert Advisors are allowed and will cheerfully repeat an outlier if it is in the code. Test the midnight behavior: what does the robot hold at 23:59, and what is the cash value? Settlement on the 1st makes the last midnight of the month the one worth rehearsing. A freeze that starts then is a quiet account for the next statement cycle.
