The lifetime floor does not chase a winning week
A static 10% maximum means the lifetime line is calculated from the starting balance and then left there. On $100,000 the line is $90,000. If the account closes the week at $108,000, which is exactly the 8% Phase 1 target, the maximum-loss floor is still $90,000. You have more absolute room under the closed balance, and the firm did not walk the 10% line up to $97,200. That is the difference between this contract and a trailing 10%.
1-Step uses the same static 10%. There is no tighter lifetime percent hiding in the 1-Step column. Daily loss is also 5% on both. The 2-Step is the flagship because it publishes an 8% Phase 1 target and a 5% Phase 2 target, plus five minimum trading days, not because it offers a kinder floor.
Static maximum, moving daily reference
Daily loss uses the higher of day-start balance or floating equity at 00:00 CE(S)T. After that $108,000 closed balance, a flat account starts the next day at $108,000 and 5% is $5,400, so the daily floor sits near $102,600. The static floor at $90,000 is irrelevant that morning. The day will fail you long before the lifetime line does.
Hold $3,000 of open profit into midnight on a $100,000 closed balance and the higher figure is $103,000. Five percent of that is $5,150, so the new daily floor is near $97,850. Giving the $3,000 back does not breach. Losing another $2,150 does. You are then through the daily line while still about $7,850 above the $90,000 static floor. You can open a Venasri account and track those two floors as different numbers.
Lock the day at 4.25%, leave the static floor alone
The pass plan for this firm locks Equity Guard at 4.25% daily loss. On $100,000 that is $4,250, which is $750 inside the official $5,000 line. The static $10,000 maximum does not need the same intraday trigger, because a single session is not supposed to be able to travel $10,000 if the day is cut at $4,250. Two full official days of $5,000 would land on the static floor. The guard is there so you never donate a full day.
Put that 4.25% lock on Equity Guard and move the cash figure after a midnight snapshot when you held a float. A guard still aimed at $4,250 under $100,000 is late if the snapshot base is $103,000, and it is early if you banked profit and the new day legally has $5,400 of room.
What the static floor does not permit
Static 10% is not permission to trade news on a funded account, and it is not permission to farm Trade2Earn tokens with extra lots. Tokens accrue on every closed lot, win or lose. The 5% equity-anchored day still ends the account if those lots pull back. Personal EAs are allowed. HFT, latency arbitrage, and group copy-trading are not. The message cap is 2,000 a day on MT5, cTrader, and DXtrade.
Bot Control should flatten winners before 00:00 CE(S)T when the float is large relative to 5%, and it should ignore the static floor as a reason to keep adding. The $495 fee on $100,000 buys this static card. It does not buy a trailing card, and it does not buy a second 10% after you have used the first one.
