100% is the third milestone, not the first payout
The rule card says the split scales to 100% at the third scale-up milestone. It does not publish the dollar balance of milestone one, two, or three. The condition that is published is the one to follow: capital increases when the milestones are hit without breaching the 5% daily floor. An account that treats the first payout as permission to double the lot has not read the condition.
There is no consistency score on the standard 2-Step, so a strong funded week is not punished by a best-day formula. It is punished if it contains a 5% down day. Five minimum trading days were an evaluation rule. The funded calendar is 14 days, or 7 with the add-on.
The lifetime floor does not tighten when you win
Because the maximum is static 10% from the initial balance, a winning path does not walk the lifetime line up the way a trailing firm would. On a $100,000 start the floor stays $90,000 until a scale-up actually changes the account. The daily rule still moves. It resets at 00:00 CE(S)T from the higher of balance or equity. Growth in open profit can raise tomorrow's 5% reference even while the static floor sits still.
The $495 fee is the $100,000 challenge price, paid before any split exists. You can sign up for Venasri and keep the evaluation targets, $8,000 then $5,000, separate from the funded 80% note so you are not scaling a login that has not passed.
A larger book does not get a larger percent
If a milestone increases the balance, the daily loss is still 5% of the rules you are under, and the message cap is still 2,000 a day. The cap does not scale. Trade2Earn tokens on closed lots do not scale it either. Extra lots to farm tokens remain the way funded traders breach a day they could have withdrawn.
Keep Equity Guard at 4.25% of the balance the firm is actually scoring. On the original $100,000 that is $4,250. After a milestone, recompute 4.25% from the new base instead of leaving $4,250 in place under a larger account, or leaving a $5,000 habit that is now the wrong cash line.
The bot after the first 14 days
Personal EAs stay allowed after you are funded. The five-minute red-folder window appears at the funded stage even if Phase 1 and Phase 2 traded news. A scale-up does not remove that window. Weekend holding stays allowed, and Sunday gaps still hit the 5% day the payout assumed was intact.
Bot Control should not increase lot size on the morning a payout is requested. Request the 14-day or 7-day withdrawal from a book that is inside 4.25% on the day, under 2,000 messages, and not sitting in a fresh doubled position. The 100% split is a later milestone. The 80% split is the one to plan on until then.
