0.5% is a qualifying day, not the target
Each phase wants at least three profitable days of 0.5% or more. On $100,000 that is three days of at least $500. Phase 1 still wants 10%, or $10,000, and Phase 2 wants 5%, or $5,000. The three days are a distribution floor. They are not a shortcut that lets you stop at $1,500. There is no maximum calendar time, so you can wait for clean sessions. You cannot invent the third day by splitting one winner across the blotter after the fact.
A day that makes $400 does not count as one of the three, even if it felt professional. A day that loses does not count either. Open a Venasri account and mark a day as qualifying only when closed profit is actually $500 or more on this balance. Open floats do not count as a day you have finished, and they can reprice midnight.
100% and $500 a month are not the evaluation
The split runs from 80% up to 100%, and qualified funded traders can add a $500 monthly salary. Those are funded rewards. They do not change the 5% day or the static 10% maximum on the 2-step book. Payouts run every 14 days, or on demand once you hit 10% profit. On $100,000, 10% is $10,000 of funded profit before the on-demand switch is the relevant path. The 14-day rail is the default, not a punishment.
Chasing the on-demand switch with oversized gold is how traders miss the salary by breaching. A 1.00 lot gold position with a 100-pip stop risks $1,000, twice the 0.50% unit. One loser is annoying. A slipped CPI loser is a chunk of the $5,000 day. The salary is $500 a month. It is smaller than one careless ticket. Size for the salary you want to keep, not for the screenshot of a 100% split.
A large day is allowed and still not sufficient
Unlike firms that cap the best day at 40% of cycle profit, CTI will allow a large green day. The catch is the other days. If Thursday makes $6,000 and Friday and Monday do not each clear $500, you can be near the target and still short of the three-day rule. Plan two modest qualifying sessions on purpose instead of hoping leftovers qualify. A $500 day is 0.5%. It is one clean 1R at the $500 unit, or a partial you actually close.
The 1-step book still has a 4% day and a 6% smart trail. A qualifying day that marks a new equity high can lift the trail. You can satisfy the 0.5% test and hurt the trail on the same afternoon if you give the gain back. Bot controls should stop new risk after a qualifying day is booked, so the day stays qualifying.
Keep the account alive until day three exists
Equity Guard at 4.25%, about $4,250 on a $100,000 2-step account, is what keeps you present for the third $500 day. A breach on day two makes the qualifying count irrelevant. On 1-step use about $3,250 against the $4,000 day. The guard does not know whether today has cleared $500. You do. Once it has, protect the close. Midnight uses the higher of balance or equity, so an open $500 winner is not a booked qualifying day.
When the 14-day payout or the 10% on-demand path is close, do not raise risk to hurry it. The static floor at $90,000 and the daily line are unchanged by how badly you want the salary line to appear. Three quiet days beat one loud day and a breach email. The firm has no time limit. You can afford to be dull.
