Turn $10,000 into a stack of $500 risks
Phase 1 is $10,000. Phase 2 is $5,000. The day is $5,000 and the static maximum is $10,000, so the lifetime hole is the same cash as the first target. Risk $500, which is 0.50%. Ten winners at 2R would be $10,000 if nothing lost. Things will lose. The plan is still 10 to 16 meaningful trades where winners outrun losers, each with a stop on the platform inside 60 seconds. A trade that needs $1,500 of risk to be valid is not in the stack.
There is no best-day cap, so you are not punished for a $2,000 day. You are punished, by the qualifying rule, if you never produce two other days of $500. Book those on purpose. Open a Venasri account and reject any order above $500 cash risk. The reject is the pass. A good mood is not.
The pass fails in the first minute if the stop is missing
You can be up on the week and still fail because one manual fill had no stop. That is the CTI-specific way to waste a good equity curve. Click only when the stop price is known, and confirm it on MT5 or Match-Trader before you look for the next level. If 60 seconds pass without confirmation, flatten. A naked ticket is not a temporary state. It is the breach.
Keep modifies few. The 2,000-request cap is easy to forget while you are trying to pass. A trail that chatters can end the account on activity while the $500 unit was perfect. Bot controls should own breakeven and a small set of partials, then go quiet. Quiet is how you reach trade number twelve still inside the rules.
Do not let an open winner un-qualify the day
A qualifying day is closed profit of $500 or more, not a float. The 00:00 anchor uses the higher of balance or equity, so a $2,000 open gain can also make tomorrow harder if it gives back. Close enough to bank the $500, then decide if a runner is small enough to hold. Weekend holds are allowed and still need the stop. Sunday gaps count toward the next 5% day.
On the funded book you will not be allowed to straddle high-impact releases in the short window around the print. Do not pass the exam by doing that every week. You would be training a payout breach. Slippage on CPI still counts in the evaluation too. One $500 idea is enough exposure to a headline. A second correlated metals ticket is the same idea again.
Lock 4.25% and do not walk it up as the target gets close
Equity Guard at 4.25% is $4,250 on $100,000. Leave it there when you are $1,000 from Phase 1. Moving it to $5,000 because you are close is how the last thousand costs the fee. The 1-step version of this plan uses a $4,000 day, so the guard belongs near $3,250 and the unit should be smaller than $500 if seven losers are realistic. Do not paste the 2-step lock onto 1-step.
After Phase 1, keep the same unit for Phase 2. The day did not get larger because the target got smaller. The three-day test starts again. The $500 salary and the path to a 100% split are not in the evaluation. They are what you trade toward by still having an account when the 14-day payout clock, or the 10% on-demand mark, finally matters.
