The violation is the missing stop, not the red candle
RebelsFunding requires a stop-loss on every trade. The compliance hit is recorded at the fill. Traders meet it after a fast RF-Trader click on a TradingView chart, or after an MT5 market order they planned to bracket later. Later is already too late. A $100,000 book that is nicely green does not receive an exception, and a $5,000 account does not receive one either. The rule is the same size as the click.
Price can still be kind and the account is still dead. That is why the failure feels unfair in the blotter. Closed profit never cross-examines a missing stop. Put the stop in the order ticket. Bot controls should refuse an entry that arrives without a stop price, including a risk helper that was only supposed to manage the trade after the fact.
A legal stop can still fail the 50% contribution cap
Multi-step plans add a second quiet failure. One trade cannot contribute more than 50% of the profit path. On a $100,000 Silver Phase 1 target of $8,000, that share is $4,000. A gold position of 2.00 lots that runs 200 pips at $10 per pip per lot banks exactly $4,000. One more pip and the best trade of the month is the trade that stalls the pass. The 5% line was never the subject.
The same lot is how the red version ends the account. Two hundred pips against 2.00 lots is also $4,000, most of the $5,000 day, and a second idea of that size is the conversation with the $10,000 static maximum. Size the winner so it cannot own half the phase. The cap is a share of profit, not a share of balance.
00:00 CET reseats the day from balance and equity
The daily anchor is day-start balance and equity at 00:00 CET. A runner that is $3,200 in profit at 23:50 does not gift a cushion. The snapshot can carry that richer mark into the next session, and a giveback after midnight spends the new day. Closed balance may still show yesterday as a win. The new 5% hole is measured from the mark the clock actually used.
This stacks on the naked-stop rule. You can book a modest closed gain, hold the rest without a fresh stop, and fail both tests in the same hour. Weekend holding is allowed only on selected tiers, which makes Friday into Monday the long version of the same snapshot. Partial the float before the clock if you do not want Tuesday to inherit Monday open profit.
Put a cash stop in front of the rule and the clock
Equity Guard should flatten the 5% book near $4,250 of daily loss on $100,000, leaving $750 before the official $5,000 print. That flatten does not repair a missing stop the firm already scored at entry. It stops the loss that follows once a real stop is on the ticket and the market runs. Gold 1-step is a 4% day, so that product needs a flatten near $3,250, not the Silver number.
Funded accounts pick up a two-minute news window. A stop that slips through the print still counts. Full automated bots are restricted on RF-Trader, so an unattended entry there is a second way to arrive without a stop the desk will accept. Create a Venasri login and attach the guard to the CET clock, not to the laptop time zone. An hour of drift is long enough for gold to rewrite the day.
