When a naked index fill fails Bootcamp
The5ers is MT5 only, based in Raanana and founded in 2016. On Bootcamp, a position without a hard stop-loss is a compliance breach, separate from the 5% daily loss. A NAS100 or US30 order that fills at the cash open and sits without a stop is already outside that contract. Manual Trade Guard puts the stop on the ticket at the fill so the rule is not something you remember after the whip.
High Stakes does not use that same naked-ticket ban. It still uses a 5% daily loss and a static 10% maximum. Risk-management EAs and self-owned EAs are permitted. Copy-trading signals shared across unrelated users are prohibited. If the index method is yours, it can run on MT5. A public signal shared with strangers cannot.
The 13:30 UTC candle and the point stop
The New York cash open is 13:30 UTC, 9:30 AM ET. The first whip candle on NAS100 and US30 regularly trades both sides. The5ers index scalping waits for that candle to settle, then uses a structural stop of 60 to 100 points. Entering while the candle is still forming is how a planned stop becomes the whole daily loss.
Anti-hyperactivity still applies on Bootcamp. A trail that rewrites the stop on every tick can fail the account while the 5% line is untouched. Stage the stop once. The $100,000 High Stakes fee is $495, and the daily cash line on that size is $5,000. The point stop has to risk a fraction of that line.
News orders, weekend holds, and three 0.5% days
High Stakes allows an open index position through high-impact news. A new order, or a bracket straddle, in the 2 minute window before or after a red-folder release is prohibited. Overnight and weekend holding is permitted on High Stakes, Bootcamp, and Hyper Growth. A Sunday gap still spends the next 5% daily loss.
High Stakes also requires three profitable days, each at least 0.5% of initial balance. On $100,000 that day is $500. One open that pays the entire 8% Phase 1 target does not replace those three days. Phase 2 is 5%. Minimum trading days are three. Create a Venasri account if you want those day counts kept next to the index book.
The midnight equity line on an index hold
Daily loss uses the higher of day-start balance or floating equity at 00:00 MT5 server time, GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer. A green NAS100 runner at midnight raises the next session's 5% floor. Equity Guard should watch the account you bought: 5% on High Stakes, 3% daily and 6% maximum if the book is Hyper Growth.
Keep Bootcamp and High Stakes as separate profiles. Bootcamp must refuse a naked fill. High Stakes must block new orders in the 2 minute news window and still count three 0.5% days. The static 10% High Stakes floor on $100,000 is $10,000, and a weekend index gap can reach it if the daily line was already raised by floating equity.
