Friday cash versus a 9% Phase 1 you have to actually hit
PipFarm Classic / Consistency 2-Step uses 4% daily and a static 8% to 10% maximum, from the higher of day-start balance or floating equity at 00:00 UTC. Endurance 1-Step trails 6%. FTMO uses 5% daily and 10% static at 00:00 CE(S)T from day-start balance plus floating PnL. UTC midnight and Prague midnight are hours apart for a US session hold. A winner you carry through 00:00 UTC on PipFarm can lift the next floor before New York has even closed on FTMO's clock.
PipFarm Phase 1 is 9% ($9,000) and Phase 2 is 6% ($6,000) with three minimum days and a $449 fee. Combined hurdle is 15%, same total as FTMO, stacked as 9+6 instead of 10+5, with $1,000 less daily room. Consistency Mode adds a 50% consistency rule. Classic Mode does not. If you buy PipFarm because Friday payouts sounded friendly and you land on Consistency Mode, you bought a 50% best-day cap FTMO 2-Step does not have.
XP ranks, news locks, and the Endurance Kill Switch
XP is how PipFarm permanently raises splits toward 95% and how it grants news trading that is otherwise blocked inside two minutes of high-impact prints until Rank 3. Weekend holding is permitted on Classic and via XP perks. FTMO Swing gives news and weekends on day one of that SKU, at 1:30 leverage, without an XP grind. PipFarm's Friday cadence (70% base split, scaling with rank) is still faster cash than FTMO's 14-day-then-bi-weekly 80% to 90% if you can hit the 1% to 3% threshold.
Endurance mode includes a Kill Switch / single-trade risk limit that punishes gold and index holds without a pre-set stop. cBots and MT5 EAs are allowed if they do not exploit tick latency or copy public signals, under a 2,000-message cap, on cTrader, Match-Trader, and MT5. FTMO allows EAs on four platforms with the same 2,000-request family of limits. If your edge is a cTrader cBot, PipFarm is a native home. If your edge is FTMO Swing holding from week one, XP is a delay you did not need.
Who should play XP, and who should ignore Singapore
Pick PipFarm Classic (not Consistency, not Endurance) if you want Friday payouts, you can hit 9% then 6% on a 4% daily, you already attach stops, and you are willing to rank up before news holding is free. Pick FTMO Swing if you need news and weekends without a rank ladder, and you want $5,000 of daily air. Pick FTMO Standard if MT4 or DXtrade is required. Do not pick PipFarm Endurance because "1-Step" sounded shorter. The 3% daily / 6% trail plus Kill Switch is a different sport.
Singapore 2023 versus Prague 2015 is the heritage gap. Friday versus bi-weekly is the cash-flow gap. 4% versus 5% daily is the survival gap. Rank those three in that order if you already blow dailies. Rank them in reverse if you never touch 3% in a week and you hate waiting 14 days for a first cheque.
UTC midnight and Prague midnight on one Guard
These two 00:00 prints are not the same event. In Venasri Equity Guard flatten PipFarm at 3.25% of the higher of balance or equity with a pre-00:00 UTC close if floating profit exceeds $1,200, and flatten FTMO at 4.25% of Prague day-start. On Endurance, add a hard stop-required flag so the Kill Switch never sees a naked gold ticket. On Consistency Mode, warn at 48% of target from a single day.
Venasri's free prop firm risk guard flattens both books if either daily is approached. Prefer PipFarm Classic when Friday cash and XP are the product. Prefer FTMO when Swing news on day one and a 5% daily are the product. Do not share an overnight NAS100 ticket across UTC and CE(S)T without those two flatten prices.
