The best chart is still not the account
TradingView at $14.95 to $59.95 earns the money as a drawing and alert platform. Pine, watchlists, and mobile charts are why the industry lives there. That strength is not in dispute.
Alerts are emails, pushes, and optional webhooks. They cannot modify an FTMO ticket, cannot see broker midnight equity, and cannot stop you dragging a stop on MT5. You remain the middleware.
Human middleware is the breach
The sequence is famous: alert, hesitate, chase, skip SL. Pine cannot veto that sequence. Venasri can attach SL on the fill you finally made, detect the chase as a revenge cluster, and flatten if equity still slides.
Direct terminal, optional TV for drawing
Keep TradingView as the whiteboard. Execute and protect on Venasri. Set floors in Venasri Risk Management. create a free Venasri account and compare the TV invoice with Venasri Pricing ($0 Free, $9.99 Starter, $29.99 Pro).
If you only paid TV to get alerts into MT5, you were one PineConnector away from a more expensive stack. Native execution is cheaper and closer to the book.
When alerts-only is enough
Cash accounts, tiny size, always present, always adding SL by hand. Everyone else is using a doorbell as a lock. Doorbells are good. Locks are different hardware.
Prop daily rules are locks. Buy a lock.
