Four rungs, one 0.01 lot-step, one 8% target
Brokers enforce SYMBOL_VOLUME_STEP, often 0.01. Naive 33% splits produce illegal volumes. Venasri rounds each partial down to the step and keeps remainder on the runner so you never send 0.00. TP1 at 1.5R is the banking rung that also fights the disposition effect on an 8% Phase 1. You do not need a 72% win rate if winners actually reach 1.5R-3.0R. Zero Instant and On-Demand 45% consistency also prefer several banked rungs over one all-or-nothing close that becomes 60% of cycle profit.
Martingale adds are banned. Partials on a winner are not martingale. Do not confuse a runner with an add to a loser.
Bank before 00:00 UTC+3 with the same rungs
If a runner is +$4,200 into 23:50 UTC+3, TP1/TP2 partials convert equity into closed balance so the higher-of recast cannot raise tomorrow's 5% floor with an open pullback path. start free on Venasri so that job is automatic. Tuesday Payday still wants closed profit, not a hopeful float. Flex's 12% max does not disable the daily recast. Bank anyway.
Funded 5-minute news: do not start a new rung inside the window. Let an existing BE-locked runner sit or flatten. Do not 'partial scalp' CPI.
Partials as a risk manager, not an HFT closer
This is the trade-manager EA class FundingPips allows. Document it that way if a review asks.
Match rungs to Standard, Pro, 1-Step, and Zero
Standard 5%/10% can hold a 10% runner. Pro's 6% max should bank more at TP1 (for example 50% at 1.5R). 1-Step 4% daily should not leave a wide runner into news. Zero Instant trailing should bank early so the trail does not walk into an unbanked runner. After TP1, hiding P&L is easier because the scratch click has less to steal.
If you override a TP1 close because you 'need $400 more,' that is the proximity trap, not a partial strategy. Let the rung fire.
