Four rungs, one lot-step constraint
Brokers enforce SYMBOL_VOLUME_STEP, often 0.01. Naive 33% splits produce illegal volumes. Venasri rounds each partial down to the step and keeps remainder on the runner so you never send 0.00. TP1 at 1.5R is the banking rung that fights the disposition effect (winners scratched under 0.6R while losers run to -1.0R). Without TP1, a 54% engine cannot fund a 10% phase target.
Each partial is an OrderClose of part volume, not a modify storm. That keeps you inside a 2,000-request cap. Tick-trailing to fake a partial is the wrong design.
Worked 1.00 lot gold split
40% at 1.5R = 0.40. 30% at 2.5R = 0.30. 20% at 3.5R = 0.20. Runner 0.10. After the 0.40 close, SL goes to entry plus buffer so commission cannot turn a scratch into a small loss. If TP2 never comes, you still banked 0.40 at 1.5R and the rest is a free option. That is the R distribution the 50-trade expectancy math needs.

If you skip TP4, you still need TP1. One banking rung plus a trail beats four rungs you will override by hand.
