The cash formula, then the two non-cash columns
Alpha Pro daily loss is 5% of the higher of day-start balance or equity at 00:00 ACG Markets (GMT+2/GMT+3). Flat $100K: $5,000 daily, $10,000 static max, $8,000 or $10,000 Phase 1, $5,000 Phase 2. Alpha One: $4,000 daily, $6,000 EOD trail. Column two: share of closed profit from tickets under 60 seconds, which should not be the majority. Column three: open lots versus the funded cap, where 25 lots on $100K is the cautionary print.
If column two or three fails, column one never gets a vote. Build the daily sheet as cash remaining, minutes remaining on the mix, lots remaining. Raw spreads will push you to ignore columns two and three because the scalp is cheap. Alpha is watching those columns on purpose.
Midnight higher-of on a London book
Hold +$2,200 through 00:00 ACG. The 5% hole hangs off the higher equity. A $2,000 Asia fade spends 40% of Tuesday on Pro even if you are a London-only trader in your own head. Partial before midnight when float exceeds about 2% if you need a full $5,000 Tuesday. Alpha One's EOD trail can also print a new close-of-day high that Tuesday must then respect.
Pro funded 2-minute news windows can spend daily cash if a stop runs. Swing can hold the print. Pick the product before you pick the CPI plan. You can start a free Venasri account and tag each Alpha account Pro or Swing so the news column on the calculator is not a guess at 13:28 London.
Worked duration mix
You make $2,400 today on $100K Pro. $1,400 of it came from seven 35-second EURUSD snipes. $1,000 came from a 40-minute gold hold. The majority of profit is sub-60-second. Daily 5% is fine ($2,400 is a gain). The duration rule is not fine if that mix persists. Tomorrow you need longer holds to rebalance, or you need to stop the snipes. On-Demand 40% consistency is a fourth column if you enabled it: $2,400 would already be large relative to a small cycle.
Lot example: 2.5 lots XAUUSD on $100K with a $8 stop is about $2,000 risk (2%), which is 40% of daily 5% in one idea and may also look oversized versus funded lot policy depending on how Alpha counts gold lots. Cut to 0.8 to 1.2 lots with a structural stop so cash, lots, and duration can all stay legal.
Guard cash, block fat-finger lots, log hold time
Venasri Equity Guard near $4,250 daily on Pro $100K and $3,250 on One. Lot lock well below 25 lots on $100K. Hold-time logging through the ZeroMQ MT5 Bridge so you can see the sub-60-second share before Alpha's review does. 24/7 MT5 Bot Control should refuse grid adds, refuse martingale, and on Pro funded should pause in the 2-minute news window.
Keep On-Demand off until the 40% column is a feature of your equity curve. Bi-weekly 80% is enough if the raw-spread book is the real reason you came. The 5% daily formula is the easy part of Alpha. The duration and lot columns are the parts that surprise people who only memorized 5% and 10%.
