Alpha Pro's $10,000 is stuck to the start
On a $100K Alpha Pro account the maximum loss is 10% of the starting balance. The fail line is $90,000. A week that closes $4,000 higher does not move that line to $94,000. The floor stays. That is the static contract. Phase 1 still asks for 8%, $8,000, and Phase 2 asks for 5%, $5,000. You can make the first target, give it back, and still be $2,000 above the fail line. You cannot give back $5,000 in one session, because that is the whole day.
Open a Venasri account and label the card Alpha Pro 10%. The fee on $100K is $497. The fee is not a drawdown. London, founded in 2021, is the desk. The clock is 00:00 ACG Markets time, GMT+2 or GMT+3.
Alpha One trails only when the day closes
Alpha One's maximum is an end-of-day trailing 6%, $6,000 on $100K, under the highest end-of-day balance. An intraday spike you give back before the session ends does not lift the trail. A spike you close as a new high does. The next morning's path back down is shorter by that gain. Daily loss on One is 4%. A sudden $4,000 hit ends the day even if the trail still had $6,000 under the last close.
Three minimum trading days apply before the evaluation is complete. They do not add loss room. Equity Guard on Pro should respect a $10,000 lifetime line and a $5,000 day. On One it should respect a trailing $6,000 and a $4,000 day. One card cannot hold both stories.
The higher-of midnight is not the max-loss trail
Daily loss uses the higher of day-start balance or floating equity at 00:00. That rule rebases the day. It is not the same mechanism as One's 6% trail, and it is not a second maximum. A $2,000 gold float at midnight on Pro raises the base the next 5% is taken from. The $90,000 fail line stays put. Traders who flatten because they think the float moved the 10% floor are solving a rule Pro does not have. Traders who ignore the float are solving the day as if the base were still $100,000.
Swing accounts and Pro both permit weekend holds. A Sunday gap spends the daily bucket first. If the account is already near $90,000, the gap can be the trade that tags the static floor. Bot Control should reduce the float before 00:00 when you want the next 5% measured from the closed balance.
What else fails a Pro account besides the $10,000
Funded Alpha Pro accounts use a 2-minute window before and after high-impact news. A stop that slips through still counts against the 5% day. Alpha Swing may trade the release. The maximum loss does not pause for CPI, NFP, or FOMC. Funded books also carry a lot-exposure cap. The published example is 25 lots on $100K. A book inside $10,000 of loss can still be closed for that cap, or for a majority of trades held under 2 minutes.
The split is 80%. Payouts are every 14 calendar days, or on demand with a 40% best-day score. Platforms are MT5, cTrader, and DXtrade. Personal trade management is allowed. Martingale, grid stacking, and very short tick scalps are not. The $10,000 floor is the loss contract. The other rules can end the account while that floor is untouched.
