The cap is the scalper's real limit
Two thousand order and modification requests a day sounds huge until a stop trails every tick on NAS100. Step the stop when structure breaks or when a partial fills. Personal trade management is allowed. Tick scalping under a minute or two is prohibited, which is the same family as a sub-60-second profit majority. You can fail the duration test while still under the request cap, and you can hit the cap with a slow, legal idea that edits on every tick.
Start a Venasri account and put the index profile on a request diet. The cash risk still has to land in the 0.35% to 0.65% band, $350 to $650 on $100K. A 100 point stop does not get a larger dollar loss because the index is 'fast'.
60 points and 100 points are cash first
Pick the stop distance, then the lot that loses $350 to $650 if it hits. If the lot that fits 100 points loses $1,000, that is 1.0% and five of them are the Pro day. One's day is $4,000, so the same oversized index ticket ends it even sooner. The 6% One trail, $6,000, updates at the close. It will not refund the open.
Equity Guard on Pro can sit at $4,250, the 4.25% buffer under $5,000. Flatten there, not at the static $10,000 floor. The floor is the lifetime line. The morning whip is a daily event.
News at the cash open
Funded Pro blocks opens and closes in a 2-minute window around high-impact news. If the 9:30 AM ET open is also a red-folder print, you wait for both the whip and the window. Swing may trade the release. A stop already working can fill, and CPI, NFP, or FOMC losses count. The higher-of rule at 00:00 still applies if you carry the index overnight, which Pro and Swing allow.
Bot Control should refuse a new NAS100 or US30 entry during the whip and during Pro's 2-minute window. It should also refuse a second index when the first already holds the day's unit. Three minimum trading days are not three open-drives.
Payouts do not subsidize the open
The split is 80%, every 14 calendar days, or on demand inside a 40% best day. A perfect open that makes $3,200 of an $8,000 cycle is already the on-demand ceiling. The 25-lot example on $100K is easy to hit with index minis if you stop counting. Martingale into a stopped open is prohibited.
Weekend index holds are permitted on Pro and Swing and are usually a bad fit for a scalp plan. Sunday gaps count toward the next 5% day. If the method is a cash-open scalp, be flat on Friday. The permission to hold is for a swing book, not a dare.
