2x is a different trade
If the plan is $500, 0.50% of $100K, then 2x is $1,000. Five losses at $1,000 equal the Pro day. The leak is not a mood. It is a size multiple on the ticket. Averaging down is the same multiple assembled in pieces: $500, then another $500, then another. Three adds are $1,500, already a 1.5% idea, and the funded single-idea comfort zone at this firm is not that wide.
Start a Venasri account with the $500 unit stored. The band of 0.35% to 0.65% is $350 to $650. A 2x ticket is outside that band before the market even moves.
Edits, bursts, and the 2,000 cap
A 60-second edit storm rewrites the stop while you negotiate with the loss. Each rewrite is a modification. The account is also capped at 2,000 order and modification requests a day. Tilt is how a legal manager spends the cap on one idea. A burst of three or more new trades after a loss, packed into a five-minute span, is the other leak, and it adds requests and risk together.
Bot Control can refuse a new ticket when one has just closed red, and it can refuse a modification pace that is no longer a plan. Widening the stop turns a $500 idea into a $900 idea with no new row that looks like a new trade. The cash is what the 5% line sees.
One dies faster on the same behavior
Alpha One's day is 4%, $4,000. Four losses at the 2x size of $1,000 end it. Pro would still have $1,000 left. The five leaks are identical. The cash is not. A guard copied from a 5% article will be late. Put One under its own $4,000 line, with the 6% end-of-day trail watched separately so a green close does not surprise you the next morning.
Equity Guard on Pro can use the 4.25% pass buffer, $4,250, under $5,000. That buffer is not a prize for good behavior. It is the distance you need because a widened stop fills worse than the plan. On One, build a buffer under $4,000 instead.
Rules that punish the recovery click
Funded Pro restricts opens and closes in a 2-minute window around high-impact news. The recovery click after a stop lands in that window on CPI, NFP, and FOMC. The loss from a slipped stop counts even when the click was banned. A majority of profit from sub-60-second trades fails the funded book, which is exactly the shape of a revenge scalp.
The 25-lot example on $100K is the other recovery fantasy: make it back in one huge ticket. That fails the exposure cap even if the 5% day survives. The 80% payout is 14 days away, or on demand with a 40% best day. A revenge winner that saves the account can still stall the check. Three minimum trading days do not include a mandatory meltdown.
