Two formulas, one $100K login
Option 2 daily: start-of-day balance minus $2,200 is the hard floor. On a flat $100K open that is $97,800. Option 2 max: End-of-Day closed balance cannot sit $3,000 below the trailing peak closed equity, locking toward the posted floor. Option 1 daily: there is no $2,200 line. Option 1 max: live equity cannot sit $3,000 below peak live equity. Mixing those sentences is how Option 1 accounts die on a pullback that never would have printed a $2,200 daily.
Worked Option 1 tape: peak floating equity $102,400, trail floor $99,400. A fade to $99,350 is a fail even though you are still $1,350 above a fictional $98,000 "2% daily" line someone quoted from Option 2. You can start a free Venasri account and store both formulas so the wrong one cannot sit on the sticky note above your NinjaTrader DOM.
The +$2,200 NQ open that Option 1 taxes
You buy NQ on Option 1. The position runs +$2,200. You do not scale out. Nasdaq gives back 36 points and open profit is +$160. The Intraday trail has already moved up by about $2,200. Remaining room is roughly $960 of the original $3,000. One more 20-point fade ends the evaluation. The same tape on Option 2: the EOD trail has not moved, the $2,200 daily fence is still $2,040 away if you started flat, and you can still flatten into the 3:59 PM CT close as a scratch.
That comparison is the calculator. If your method needs $2,000 of open heat to finish a 6% target, Option 1 is the wrong checkout click. Set Venasri Equity Guard to a $2,400 giveback-from-peak alarm on Option 1, and to $1,850 of daily cash loss on Option 2. Do not reuse the Option 2 number on an Option 1 login. There is no $2,200 daily there to save you.
Wednesday 40% versus the $3,000 trail
Master payouts need 10 active days and a 40% best-day share. On a $10,000 open profit balance, 40% is $4,000. A $4,300 NQ Wednesday can delay the cycle without tagging $2,200 or $3,000. Cap session profit near $3,500 on a Master week if you want Wednesday to clear. Evaluation has no that payout score, which is why a one-day pass on the $6,000 target can train a sizing habit the Master account will later reject.
News straddles that were legal in the eval become a Master problem around Tier-1 releases. A stop that runs still spends whichever trail you bought. 24/7 MT5 Bot Control can hold a matching no-new-orders window if you keep an FX book, and it is a clean place to store the 15:50 CT flatten so 3:59 PM CT is not a surprise.
Clocks: 3:59 PM CT flatten, 4:59 PM CT trail
Bulenox is a Central Time desk. Flatten living orders by 15:50 CT. Option 2's EOD mark is 4:59 PM CT. That is not 5:00 PM ET and not 00:00 UTC. Convert before you hold a late MES scalp into the equity close. After you fund, rerun the Wednesday 40% math every Monday so a large Tuesday cannot silently become 42% of the week.
Guard card: Option 2 daily $1,850, Option 2 EOD lock $2,550, Option 1 peak-giveback $2,400, flatten-all 15:50 CT, Master consistency alarm 35%. Those five numbers are the Bulenox calculator. The 100% first $10,000 split is what you collect after the option and the clock match the tape you actually trade.
