The lifetime floor is two daily lines
On the 2-step, daily loss is 5%, or $250, and the static maximum is 10%, or $500. Equity at $4,500 ends it. Phase 1 is 10%, or $500. Phase 2 is 5%, or $250. The minimum is three trading days, and each phase wants three profitable days of at least half of 1%. On this balance that profitable day is $25, which is exactly one full risk unit at 1R.
The 1-step on the same $5,000 is a $200 day, because daily loss is 4%, and a $300 trailing maximum, because the cap is 6%. A trader who memorizes $250 and then sits the 1-step is already through the official day while the note still says there is room. Sign up on Venasri with the product name stored next to the balance.
A $25 stop is a small FX clip or a very small gold clip
Half of 1% is $25. On a major, $10 per pip at one standard lot means a 20-pip stop wants about 0.12 lots, which costs $24. The next click up is no longer the plan. Gold pays $10 per 0.10 move at one standard lot. A 50-pip stop at 0.05 lots is $25. A gold position at 0.10 lots, which looks tiny on a $100,000 screenshot, is $50 here and is already 1%.
If that 50-pip gold stop slips to 100 pips, 0.05 lots costs $50, a fifth of the entire day. There is no second idea after that if the morning already had a loser. The bot desk should hard-cap this balance so computed cash risk cannot print above $25.
The on-demand profit mark is the same $500 as the floor
CTI can pay every 14 days, or on demand once closed profit hits 10%. On this account 10% is $500. That is the Phase 1 target, and it is also the maximum loss. A brilliant week that makes the on-demand figure has not built a surplus beyond the hole the firm allows. It has tied the target. Treat the payout story as something that starts after the account survives, not as a reason to risk $75.
Three losses at $75 are $225, which is the day with $25 of spread still unused. Ten winners at $25 of profit, with no losers, are the Phase 1 target, and you will have losers, so the real path is longer. That is acceptable. The firm is not paying you for speed. It is counting days of at least $25.
Flatten near $212, and do not carry a $150 float through midnight
Equity Guard should flatten the 2-step near $212 of daily loss, leaving a pocket before the official $250. The 1-step should flatten nearer $162 because the official day is $200. A guard copied from a $100,000 article will sit idle while this account is already closed. The stop still has to be on the ticket within 60 seconds of the fill. The guard is the account brake, not a substitute for that clock.
Do not carry a $150 open winner through 00:00. That float is 3% of the account. If the snapshot uses it, a giveback spends most of the next $250 hole before you place a new trade. Close or partial it. The next session should start from cash you have actually booked. Funded news later adds a 2-minute window, and a slipped stop still debits $250.
