The open is allowed until the stage changes
9:30 AM Eastern is the cash open. DNA Funded does not ban it. During the evaluation you may trade the whip, and you still owe 3 trading days and a $5,000 Double Helix line. Open a Venasri account with an exam preset and a funded preset so the open does not stay fully armed after you pass.
Single Helix daily loss is $4,000. Ten lots with a 100-point stop at $1 per point is $1,000. Four of those, or two if US30 points the same way, can finish the Single Helix day before the range is clear. The 6% maximum is $6,000, static or trailing.
Lots times points, then add US30
$560 is 8 lots times 70 points, or 7 lots times 80 points, if the CFD pays $1 per point. US30 at the same payout uses the same formula and a different typical range. Two $560 losers in the same minute are $1,120 of one mood. The $5,000 day adds them. A tight index spread does not make them separate ideas.
Equity Guard should see both symbols and flatten Double Helix near $4,000. Bot Control should place the 70-point stop at the fill. The cap is 2,000 requests a day. A scalp that replaces the order every few seconds through the open will spend that cap even when each idea was $560.
The funded window and the data print
US data often hits near the cash session. The evaluation lets you trade it. The funded account restricts a 5-minute window. A method that fades the first data candle is an evaluation method until the status flips. After that, the same fade can be the violation, and a stop that was already on still counts as loss if it runs.
Personal EAs are allowed. Third-party pass bots are not. High-speed cancel loops are how a legal scalp becomes a request problem. One stop, one target, then wait. Rapid's 40% cap can also reject a huge opening winner that Double Helix would have counted toward the $10,000 Phase 1 target.
Midnight, then the open
If you hold NAS100 into 00:00 and equity is the higher number, the next day anchors there. A green index float raises the 5% hole. The cash open then has less room than a flat account, before the first whip candle. Weekend holding is permitted, so a Sunday index position is already in the market when that math happens.
The split is 80%, or 90% with the add-on, after 14 days or 7. None of it repairs an 8-lot stop that was actually 20 lots because US30 was on too. Keep the $560 ticket, turn the funded window on when you pass, and leave the request counter nearly unused. The static Double Helix floor at $90,000 is not what the opening minute usually hits. The $5,000 day is.
