What gets attached on the fill
The guard writes a stop, moves the stop to breakeven after the first target, and scales out across 4 partial closes. That sequence is the difference between a planned 0.50% loss, $500 on $100K, and a loss that runs until the 5% day, $5,000, stops it for you. Milliseconds matter because the E8 day includes floating PnL from the moment the ticket exists.
Open a Venasri account and connect the E8 login on the firm server. The platform list is MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker. A guard pointed at a personal MT5 login will not see the E8 positions. Match the server the firm marks.
Naked tickets and the 5% bucket
Day-start balance plus floating PnL is the daily base, reset at 00:00. A gold ticket with no stop can move hundreds of dollars before you type a price. On a $100K 2-step account the day ends at $5,000. On E8 One it ends at $4,000. The 4 partials only help if the stop was there first. Breakeven is a second step, after price has paid you, not a substitute for the initial stop.
Classic maximum loss is a static 8% to 14%. One trails 6% at the end of the day. Neither floor is a substitute for a stop on the ticket. Equity Guard is the account-level flatten. Manual Trade Guard is the ticket-level stop. You want both, because a single naked runner can tag the day before the account flatten polls.
Order pace and what E8 prohibits
E8 uses a standard order-modification anti-spam policy. A trail that rewrites the stop on every tick will fight that policy even when the strategy is allowed. Personal EAs and trade risk managers are permitted. HFT, latency arbitrage, and public signal copy-trading are prohibited. Step the stop in price, at the partials, rather than on every quote.
The 4 partials are four modifications with a purpose. A trail that edits ten times a second is a different product. Keep the bridge on the partial schedule. Bot Control is where you pause entries. The guard is where you attach exits. Mixing those jobs into a tick loop is how a legal risk manager starts to look like the thing the firm banned.
Funded window, weekend holds, payouts
Once you are funded, do not open or close during the five minutes before and after a high-impact release. The stop you attached earlier can still fill, and that loss counts. Weekend holds are allowed, so a stop left on Friday is the only thing between a Sunday gap and the new day's 5% bucket. Check that the stop survived the Friday session.
The first payout is after 8 days, then every 14 days, at 80% to 95%. Selected on-demand tiers add a 40% best-day rule. None of that pays an account whose first naked fill spent $5,000. The $488 fee on $100K buys the exam. The stop is what keeps the exam alive past the first click.
