A funded ticket without a stop is already finished
Personal advisors and risk guards are permitted. The funded rule that sits next to that permission is a mandatory stop on open positions. A naked buy that is $200 in profit is not a clever discretionary hold. It is a missing stop. On a $100,000 Classic account the day is $5,000 and the static maximum is $10,000. A gold spike can cover that distance while you are still drawing the level by hand.
One standard lot of XAUUSD is $10 per 0.10 move. A 50-pip stop at 1.00 lot is $500, the 0.50% unit. Attaching that stop after the trade is the job. Attaching it 40 pips later, because price already ran, is a different risk than the one you wrote down. Bot controls should refuse to leave a funded FunderPro ticket unprotected, and they should refuse a stop so far away that the cash risk is no longer $500.
2,000 requests is the quiet limit next to the 5% limit
The ceiling is 2,000 server requests a day across MT5, TradeLocker, and cTrader. A modification every second through a two-hour New York open is 7,200 attempts, more than three times the cap, and the cash P/L can still be a small scratch. Classic daily loss of $5,000 will not be the line item on that failure. The request count will.
Step the stop. Do not drag it on every tick. Four partial exits and one breakeven move are a handful of requests. A grid that adds and deletes pending orders through the London open is not. Martingale-style stacking is a bad fit for a 5% day even before anyone counts packets. Create a Venasri login and treat the request budget as a rule you can see, not as a surprise in a weekend email.
The same advisor is a different risk on One Phase
Classic daily loss is 5%. One Phase daily loss is 4%, and the maximum is a 6% end-of-day trail rather than a static 10%. An advisor tuned to withstand a $5,000 day on $100,000 is $1,000 too loose on One Phase, where the day is $4,000. A trail that expects the lifetime floor to stay at $90,000 will be wrong after One Phase closes a green day and lifts the 6% mark.
Fast Track adds a 45% consistency score, and daily payout requests use that score as well. An advisor that hunts one large gold expansion can clear 45% of the cycle in a single session and stall the payout while every stop was technically present. The bot did not break the stop rule. It broke the shape of the profit. Size it so no session is allowed to own the week.
Flatten before the firm does, and before the news window
Equity Guard on Classic $100,000 should flatten near $4,250, leaving $750 before the official $5,000. On One Phase flatten near $3,250 against the $4,000 day. The guard is a risk manager, which the firm permits, and it should send one close rather than a stream of micro-edits that burn the 2,000-request day. Funded news is a 2-minute window around high-impact releases. A stop that slips through CPI still counts against the daily line.
The server day rolls at 00:00, UTC+2 or UTC+3, and the reference includes floating equity. If the advisor is holding a runner into that snapshot, the next day starts from a richer base. Partial before the clock unless the contract is the Swing variant and the lot was sized for the hold. Swing is where weekend positions are allowed. Other variants should be flat.
