The extra $3,000 in Phase 2 is where green accounts stall
Classic Phase 1 is 10%, or $10,000. Phase 2 is 8%, or $8,000. A firm that uses a 5% second target, the shape people know from FTMO or FundingPips, would be asking for $5,000 here. FunderPro is asking for $8,000 inside the same static 10% hole and the same $5,000 day. Traders who budgeted a short Phase 2 start pressing size in week two. That press is the breach, and it happens because the target was misread, not because the setup was foolish.
Four minimum trading days still apply, so you cannot sprint the $8,000 in a single news candle and call the phase done. One Phase buyers escape this particular target and inherit a different trap: a 4% day of $4,000 and a 6% end-of-day trail that starts near $94,000. Passing the comparison in your head is not the same as trading the contract you paid for. Open a Venasri account and write 8% on the Classic card in dollars, not as a vague second step.
The 45% score fails payouts that look obviously earned
Daily payout requests, and Fast Track, want no single day to own more than 45% of the profit being judged. Clear $1,000, the 1% trigger on $100,000, with $700 of it from one gold session, and the share is 70%. The request waits until total profit is about $1,556, and only if you do not create a new best day on the way. The dashboard can show a payable balance. The score can still say no.
This is the profitable failure. You did not hit $90,000. You concentrated the gain. An 80% split on $1,000 would have been $800, and you do not get to argue that the trades were good. Dilute the hero day with later, smaller sessions, or accept a later request. Bot controls should stop a session once it approaches a share of the cycle you are not willing to explain.
00:00 adds the float you thought was tomorrow's problem
The daily reference is day-start balance plus floating equity at 00:00, UTC+2 or UTC+3. A Phase 2 runner that is $2,600 ahead at the snapshot raises the next base. Give it back after the clock and Tuesday spends Wednesday's room while Monday's closed profit still looks excellent. The static $90,000 floor has not moved. The daily line has. Both can be true, which is why the email feels unfair.
Sunday gaps do the same job if you are on the Swing variant and you held the float. If you are not on Swing, the hold itself can be the breach before the gap prints. Wednesday triple swap is a quieter version: a charge while you sleep, inside whatever daily budget is open. Partial before the snapshot unless the overnight risk was the plan and the lot was sized for it.
Chasing the missed target is how the hidden trap becomes a loud one
Equity Guard should flatten Classic near $4,250 on $100,000 so the chase cannot use the official $5,000 as its runway. On One Phase use about $3,250. The moment Phase 2 feels slow is the moment people move from a $500 unit to $1,000. Five of those are the day. The $8,000 target is 16R at $500. It is 8R at $1,000 and it is also a much shorter fuse. Keep the unit.
Funded news remains a 2-minute window, and a slipped stop still counts. The request cap remains 2,000 a day if you start dragging stops every few seconds because the phase feels behind. None of those are listed as the reason you failed until the report arrives. The reason you will recognize is the $8,000 number you rounded down to $5,000 in your head, and the float you left open at midnight because it was green.
