The 40 percent score belongs to Instant accounts
The published consistency score is a 40 percent best day on Instant accounts, the no-challenge product. A 2-step evaluation with a 10 percent then 5 percent target is a different contract. Copying the 40 percent test onto a 2-step phase, or ignoring it on an Instant account because a 2-step friend does not have it, misfiles the rule. On a $10,000 profit, 40 percent is $4,000. A $4,500 day is 45 percent. To bring $4,500 down to a 40 percent share, total profit has to reach $11,250.
That extra $1,250 is the toll for the hero day. The loss line on a $100,000 2-step book is $5,000, so a $4,500 winner never looked dangerous in red terms. Open a Venasri account and track the best day as a percent of profit, not as a mood. Stop adding near $3,200 of a $10,000 cycle so a late fill cannot cross $4,000.
The calendar starts at the first funded trade
Payouts run every 14 days from the first funded trade, not from the first green day and not from a calendar Monday you prefer. If the first funded trade is a Thursday, the cycle is anchored there. The split is 80 to 90 percent. On $5,000 of profit, 80 percent is $4,000 and 90 percent is $4,500. The $500 gap is real, and neither percent is paid on a cycle that failed the 40 percent score or printed the daily line.
Four minimum trading days sit underneath the cycle. A trader who makes the entire profit on day one and then waits 13 days has not satisfied a four-day minimum, and has probably also failed the 40 percent score. The days have to exist, and they have to own the profit together. Bot controls can halt a session once it reaches a share you set in the morning.
The plus-5 lock can arrive in the middle of a payout cycle
Evaluations lock the maximum at $95,000 on a $100,000 account once profit is up $5,000. An Instant account trails at 10 percent instead. A payout plan that assumes the original $90,000 floor for the whole 14 days is wrong on the evaluation the hour you cross plus 5 percent, and it gets more wrong on a trailing Instant account as the high rises. Withdrawing does not restore a floor the contract has already moved.
The daily reset at 00:00 uses the higher of balance or equity. A float held so that it counts in tomorrow's profit, for consistency optics, can raise tomorrow's loss anchor. Closed profit is the number the 40 percent test and the snapshot can both understand. Open profit is a rumor until the platform marks it.
