The target is $10,000 and the unit is $500
Half a percent of $100,000 is $500. Ten winners at 2R are $10,000. Sixteen trades at a more ordinary mix can get there if the net is the same and no single loss is allowed to be $1,500. Ten full losses at $500 are the entire 2-step day of $5,000. You do not have ten losses in the plan. You have a handful, then you stop the session. Four losses are $2,000. That is a bad morning and a living account.
Phase 2 asks for another 5 percent, $5,000, after Phase 1. Four minimum trading days apply across the evaluation. A one-session pass is not the design. Bot controls should cap the ticket at $500 and cap the session at about $2,000 down or about $2,500 up, so no day is both a loss crisis and a profit spike.
At plus $5,000 the rest of Phase 1 is a new risk problem
The original floor is $90,000. At $105,000 of equity the locked floor is $95,000, and the room under the mark is $10,000. You still need another $5,000 to finish a 10 percent target. That second half is easier to give back than the first half was to earn, because open profit above the lock can round-trip down to $95,000 and end you while the closed balance looks acceptable. Bank enough that the lock happens on closed profit. Then trade smaller.
A 1-step account does not get to ignore this just because its day is $3,000. The lock is a maximum-loss event. The tighter day means you have less room to be messy on the way to plus $5,000. If you are on 1-step, six $500 losses are the day. The 10 to 16 trade sketch still works only if those losses are spread across the 4 days and most of them do not cluster. Create a Venasri login and write the lock price, $105,000 on this example, on the same line as the target.
Four days is the minimum, and 00:00 is the boundary
Spread $10,000 across 4 days and the average is $2,500. That average is half of a 2-step daily loss and almost an entire 1-step daily loss, so the 1-step book cannot treat $2,500 up as something it is also willing to give back. The anchor at 00:00 uses the higher of balance or equity. A $2,500 float held through the snapshot becomes part of tomorrow's base. Close it if you want tomorrow to start from cash.
Funded rules are not required to pass, and the habits are. A 2-minute news window will exist later unless an add-on is on. A weekend add-on will exist or not depending on the tier. Passing by holding through CPI and Sunday is training the wrong reflex. The fee is about $459. It is not a reason to swing the first day at $5,000 of risk.
4.25 percent only belongs on the 5 percent day
Set Equity Guard at $4,250 on the 2-step book. That is 4.25 percent, $750 inside the $5,000 day. Set it at $2,250 on the 1-step book. If the guard fires, the session is over and the evaluation is not. If you keep clicking, the next loss is the one the worksheet pretended would not happen. After the lock, consider a lower personal ceiling, because the floor under the start is no longer $10,000 away.
The 40 percent score is an Instant-account payout issue more than an evaluation issue. Still, a single $6,000 day inside a $10,000 target is a fragile pass. Prefer four days near the $2,500 average on the 2-step book, and a lower average on the 1-step book so a giveback fits inside $3,000. Then trade Phase 2 as a new $5,000 problem on whatever floor the lock left you.
