Keep the night quiet for anti-hyperactivity
Weekend holding is permitted. Sunday night is still Asia. Do not 'get a head start on Monday' inside a 12-pip box with Monday's $5,000 daily already recast from Sunday equity if you left a runner open.
Trade London on High Stakes, swing the rest
Macro swing confluence is the better overnight tool: few messages, D1/H4/W1 zones, weekend hold allowed, news hold allowed on High Stakes. It is not a license to scalp M5 inside the box. If ADX is under 18, the answer is flat, not tighter stops. Tighter stops in an 18-pip range is how you donate spread and fail a 0.5% day before breakfast.
