55 lots is only 1% on a $1 tick
Confirm dollars per point before the first click. 27.77 lots at $1 lose $27.77 per point. An 18-point stop is $500. A gapped 40-point FOMC fill is $1,110. At $5/point those numbers quintuple. Read the spec, then size.
connect your MT5 account to Venasri and store the contract tick in Equity Guard. Wrong tick value plus 55 lots is how a "conservative S&P" account ends in one statement.
Respect the pin, flatten the event
25 and 50 point strikes are real. Fade them during RTH with 14 to 24 point stops when HVN agrees. Do not fade them at 15:45 ET or into FOMC. MOC imbalance at 15:50 ET can run 15 points in a minute through a 6-point scalp stop.
Overnight ES is a different market. If weekend holding is banned, flatten Friday. CPI 8:30 AM ET still gaps the pin before cash. That is a news blackout, not a "small ATR" exception.
One beta budget across ES, NQ, YM
US500 + NAS100 + US30 = 0.50%. The Half-Kelly Lot Size Calculator & Equity Guard must use this symbol's tick, not Nasdaq's $1 with Nasdaq's 70-point stop.
Intraday 14 to 24 points at 27.77 CFD lots ($1). Swing 38 to 65 at ~15 lots. Scalp 6 to 12 only on a visible wall with 0.3 spreads. FOMC size is 10 lots or flat.
US500 checklist: tick confirmed, wall or trend, no MOC/FOMC, one index
Require verified $/point, RTH session, unused Nasdaq/Dow budget, not 15:50 to 16:00 ET, not 30 minutes around FOMC, 18-point-class stop or a deliberate 38-point swing reduction, 50-point strike mapped.
Load that on the Pre-Trade AI Confluence Checklist. Manual Trade Guard attaches 18 points on fill; 55 CFD lots at $1 (or 11 MES) do not get a human-delay stop on a pin break.
