100 barrels vs 1,000 barrels, $10 per dime on the CFD
Many prop USOIL/XTIUSD CFDs are 100 barrels: $10.00 per $0.10 (10 ticks of $0.01). Full CL is 1,000 barrels: $10.00 per $0.01, or $1,000 per $1.00. The 16.6 CFD lot 1% figure is 100-bbl lots at a $0.60 stop ($10 × 6 dimes × 16.6 ≈ $1,000). The 1.66 lot figure is CL-sized. If you type 16 lots on CL, you risk about $10,000 at $0.60.
