Phase 2 equals the day, on purpose
The 2-step targets are 8% then 5%. On $50,000 that is $4,000 then $2,500. Daily loss is 5%, $2,500. The second stage is one full allowed losing day wide. Ten losers at $250 delete it and breach together. Ten winners at $250 complete it. The static floor at $45,000 equity still has room in that moment. The email will not mention the room.
Register on Venasri and write Phase 2 as $2,500, not as 'half of Phase 1.' Half of $4,000 is $2,000, which is a different firm's second target. Alpha's second target matches the day.
The $250 unit and the buffer
0.50% is $250. The band is 0.35% to 0.65%, $175 to $325. Seven stops at $325 are $2,275, inside the day. Eight are $2,600 and cross. Equity Guard at 4.25% is $2,125, under $2,500. That is the Pro buffer. One on $50K would be a 4% day, $2,000, and a 6% trail, $3,000. $2,125 is already through One's day.
Three minimum days spread the $4,000. A day of $1,600 is 40% of Phase 1 and can stall on-demand later. The 80% split every 14 calendar days skips that test. The higher-of midnight rule still rebases the $2,500 if a winner is open at 00:00 ACG Markets time.
Half the dollars, all the clocks
A $100K Alpha day is $5,000. This account's day is half that, and the rules are not half. The 2-minute Pro news window is the same length. The 2,000 request cap is the same count. The sub-60-second profit test is the same test. Weekend holds on Pro and Swing still count gaps toward $2,500, which is only ten units.
Bot Control should cap open risk at two units, $500, so a third correlated NAS100 or gold ticket waits. A 100 point index stop is legal only when the cash is still $250. The point count does not get a $50K discount or a $50K premium.
Fees and the 25-lot story
The $497 price is the $100K fee. It is not this account's loss budget. The 25-lot example is also a $100K illustration. Derive lots from $250 of risk. A stack that reaches a double-digit lot count on a $250 idea means the stop is a few points wide. Widen the stop or reduce the idea. Do not collect 25 lots of 'small' risk.
The fail line stays $45,000. If you are breached above that line, the cause was the day, the news window, the duration rule, or a lot cap, not the 10% floor. Read the email against those four before you resize.
