Ten to sixteen tickets, not one contract
Half a percent of $100K is $500. A full 2R winner is $1,000, so six of those reach $6,000 if nothing is given back. Real weeks need 10 to 16 trades because partials pay less and some stops hit. One NQ with a 60-point stop is $1,200, which is already more than two planned losses and 40% of the $3,000 starting trail. Use MNQ. Four micros at 60 points are $480.
Seven minimum days means the $6,000 has to be spread out. A Tuesday that banks $2,500 is inside the 2.5% day only if it is profit, and it is already about 42% of a $6,000 profit balance. The 30% consistency rule at payout says no single day may account for more than 30% of that profit balance. Keep the best day under about $1,800 if the profit you want paid is near $6,000.
Flatten at $1,750, not at $2,500
The official day is $2,500. Equity Guard at 1.75% is $1,750, which leaves $750 of air for a late quote. The trail is a second alarm. If open profit has already lifted the floor, you can be stopped by the trail while the day still shows room. Read distance to the trail after every push, not only the closed loss.
Manual Trade Guard attaches the stop on an MT5 fill. On the Apex platforms, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower, and Rithmic, you place that stop yourself or with a permitted semi-automated assistant. Unattended black-box bots are prohibited on PA accounts. Equity Guard is the dollar alarm. It does not click flatten inside Tradovate.
Seven days, then an eight-day payout clock
You cannot skip the 7 trading days because the dollars arrived early. Each day still ends flat at 4:59 PM ET. After you are funded, payouts run every 8 trading days and need at least 5 days with $50 or more in net profit, plus the 30% consistency score. The first $25,000 per account is paid at 100%, then 90%. Up to 20 PA accounts are allowed, and each one has its own trail.
A 5:1 stop-to-target cap means an 80-point stop needs at least 16 points of target. Passing by scalping 8 points against a 90-point disaster stop fails that ratio even when the P&L is green. Bot Control can keep the flat time and the post-loss pause on an MT5 account under the same card.
A week that still has a trail at the end
Day 1 through day 7, risk $350 to $500, one index idea, micros only, done before 4:50 PM ET. If a session is already up $1,500, stop. That day is large enough relative to a $6,000 target that another winner makes the 30% payout math worse. If a session is down $1,000, stop. The trail and the day both get worse if you add size.
Open a free Venasri account before the evaluation week and rehearse one forced loser and one early flatten. The $137 fee is smaller than a single full NQ stop. The pass is the $6,000 built without a peak-equity giveback and without a hero day that the payout desk will later refuse.
