40% is a share of profit, not a share of the balance
Instant Funding and selected rapid payout tiers say no single day may own more than 40% of cycle profit. On an $8,000 Phase 1 target, 40% is $3,200. A $3,400 gold day can fail the test while the 5% loss line, $5,000 on $100,000, was never close. Standard 2-step profit targets are 8% then 5%, with three minimum trading days, and that path is not the same cap.
The fix is a session ceiling you stop at, not a trim after the fill. If the cycle is young, stop the Instant day well before $3,200 so slippage cannot push the share through 40%. Bot controls should halt new risk once the session profit approaches that share.
90% is the default and 100% is an add-on
The standard split is 90%. The add-on raises the same funded profit to 100%. Neither one changes the 5% day or the static 10% maximum on Standard, the 8% maximum on Pro, or the trailing 6% on the 1-step. The first withdrawal waits 14 days, or 7 days if you are on the shorter cycle. Once the withdrawal is eligible, AquaFunded backs it with a 24-hour payout promise.
Buying the 7-day cycle or the 100% add-on does not buy a larger loss line. Create a Venasri login and keep the commercial add-ons on a different card from the risk card. The fee on a $100,000 challenge is published near $398, which is less than one $500 risk unit and irrelevant to the 40% test.
Three days are the minimum, and they are not the consistency cap
Every evaluation path in this comparison still has three minimum trading days. That is a floor on attendance. The 40% rule is a ceiling on concentration, and it applies to Instant and selected rapid tiers rather than to every AquaFunded login. You can satisfy three days and still fail 40% if one of those days is the whole story. You can also have a smooth 40% distribution and still need the third day.
Phase 2 on the 2-step is 5%, or $5,000 on $100,000. A hero day that clears it in one print is the day Instant will dislike. Spread the same $5,000 across the days you already have to trade. The payout desk is scoring the shape of the profit, not only the total.
The flatten stops the red day and you must stop the green day
Equity Guard on a $100,000 2-step flattens near $4,250 so the official $5,000 is not the exit. That tool answers the loss. It does not score the 40% profit share. Use both: a loss flatten, and a session-profit stop on Instant and rapid cycles. The daily anchor is the higher of balance or equity at 00:00, GMT+2 or GMT+3, so a large open winner can also change what the next day is allowed to lose.
Weekend holding is allowed. A Friday winner that is still open at the snapshot can become both a big consistency day and a richer Monday anchor. Close enough of it that one session cannot own the cycle, and that Monday does not inherit the float.
