The four numbers on the $5K card
Daily loss is $250, which is 5%. Maximum drawdown is $400, which is 8%. Phase 1 is $400, the same cash as the floor. Risk per trade is $25, 0.50%. The daily line resets at 00:00 from day-start balance plus floating PnL. A $40 open loss is already a sixth of the day. There is no spare thousand dollars hiding under a small account.
Open a Venasri account and name the card $5K Classic. If you bought a wider slider, up to 14%, the floor is $700, not $400. This plan prices the 8% card. Write the receipt percent over the $400 if you paid for more room.
Ten stops, then the day is over
Ten times $25 is $250. The eleventh loss is a breach of the daily rule even if the account is still above $4,600, the 8% fail line ($5,000 minus $400). Sixteen times $25 is $400, so the floor and the Phase 1 target are the same pile of trades with the sign flipped. You are trying to make, in winners, the exact amount that would fail you in losers.
A 1-step E8 One book is a different card: 4% daily is $200, and the trail is 6%, $300. Do not put this $250 day on One. Equity Guard for this 2-step plan should flatten before $250, with the pass-plan idea of leaving a gap under the official line scaled to this balance. The $100K figure of 4.25% is $212.50 here. Use that only if you intend the same percent.
Phase 2 is $200, smaller than one bad day
Phase 2 is 4% of $5,000, $200. That is less than the $250 daily limit. One full losing day is larger than the entire second target. Eight winners at $25 cover Phase 2. You can also erase it with eight losers and still have $50 of daily room left. The second stage is fragile on a $5K book because the day is almost the same size as the goal.
One minimum trading day means you could theoretically pack Phase 1 into a short calendar. The $250 cap means you cannot pack an $400 target into a single session without running a day that is only allowed to lose $250. Spread the $25 units. Bot Control should refuse a second position when the first already risks $25.
Small account, same firm rules
Weekend holds are allowed, and a Sunday gap counts toward the $250. Wednesday triple-swap counts too. Funded opens and closes are restricted during the five minutes before and after high-impact news. Personal risk managers are allowed. A 2x lot on this account is $50, and five of those equal the day.
The first payout is still 8 days after funding, then every 14 days, at 80% to 95%. Selected on-demand tiers still use a 40% best day. Forty percent of a $400 Phase 1 is $160. One lucky $25 trade does not hit that. A single $180 winner does. Keep the best day in proportion if you want on-demand.
