Place the stop in points first
After the open settles, the invalidation is 60 to 100 points of structure, not a 10-point scalp stop that only works if you never slip. If you start a free Venasri account, save that point band on the index symbols so a gold 50-pip template cannot leak onto NAS100.
Then convert. If 80 points costs more than a slice of the $5,000 day you are willing to lose, reduce the lot. The 0.35% to 0.65% cash band on $100,000 is $350 to $650. An index stop that risks $1,500 is outside that band no matter how clean the candle looks.
13:30 UTC is a wait, not an alarm to click
The whip candle at 9:30 AM ET is the one you let finish. Entries during the sweep are how both sides get tagged and the 4% or 5% day shrinks before a real level exists. The settled candle is the first legal structure.
MT5 bot control should be timed to that settled candle. Arming it at 13:29 UTC is the opposite of the rule. Match-Trader, cTrader, TradeLocker, and MT5 can all host the connection. The threshold of 2,000 requests does not rise because the open is busy.
Modifications are the scalper's second account
Each stop nudge is a request. A 60-point idea that gets edited twenty times is no longer a small scalp in the firm's logs. Risk-manager tools are allowed. An entry robot needs source-code proof. Neither permission includes an unlimited modify loop.
The higher-of-equity rule at 00:00 UTC+3 means a scalper who leaves a green index runner up will raise the next day's floor. Equity Guard on the flagship plan can lock at 4.25% under the 5% line. On the 1-Step 4% day that lock is already too high. Close scalps the same day unless a selected funded model explicitly allows the hold and you have checked Friday's margin.
News and model floors around the cash open
Funded accounts face a 5-minute window around high-impact news unless the payout mode says otherwise. A cash open that coincides with a release is both a whip and a news event. Evaluation permission to trade the open is not funded permission to ignore the window.
Standard's maximum is a static 10%, Pro's is 6%, Flex's is 12%, and Zero trails. An index loss that feels normal on Flex can already be fatal on Pro. The $399 fee and the three-day minimum belong to the $100,000 evaluation design. They do not add point room.
