The tier decides whether a bot is legal at all
Enhanced and Express accept personal automation. Instant is manual only. Attaching an advisor to Instant because "it is the same login type" is the specific way this firm ends a funded book that never breached 4% or 5%. If you want automation, buy the evaluation that allows it. The 30-year Hantec Markets group and the $499 fee on a $100,000 challenge do not move Instant into the automated column.
MT4 and MT5 are both in scope on the tiers that allow advisors. Create a Venasri login and name the tier in the profile so a strategy built for Enhanced is not pushed to Instant on the morning the payout account arrives.
Two thousand messages is a budget, not a suggestion
Every stop change, partial close, and pending-order edit can count. A script that trails by one pip, on four symbols, can spend hundreds of messages an hour. At that pace 2,000 is a morning. The breach is administrative. Your equity can be green and the day can be inside the $5,000 Enhanced line, and the review still fails because the server log is the rule you hit.
Plan the edits. A stop at entry, a breakeven shift after the first partial, and a handful of targets might be a dozen messages per trade. Twenty trades is a few hundred, inside the cap with room. Bot controls should throttle anything that modifies more often than the plan, and they should stop the strategy when the counter nears 1,600 so the last 400 are a reserve for the flatten.
An allowed bot still has to respect the tighter Express day
Enhanced daily loss is 5% of day-start balance, $5,000 on $100,000, with a static 10% floor. Express daily loss is 4%, $4,000, with a 6% trail. A robot sized for Enhanced will be $1,000 late on Express. The message cap is shared. The loss line is not. News is permitted in the evaluation and becomes a two-minute funded window later, so a news robot that was legal in the exam can become a violation after the payout account opens.
Weekend holding is an option you select, not a default on every bot. If the option is off, a Friday hold is its own breach, separate from messages and from drawdown. Minimum days are zero and there is no consistency score, which tempts a bot to fire the whole week on Monday. The 5% day still caps how much Monday can lose or, in practice, how wild the size can be.
Flatten on cash and on the message counter
Equity Guard should flatten Enhanced near $4,250 and Express near $3,250 on a $100,000 book. Give the flatten priority over the strategy, and count its close messages against the 2,000 so you do not discover that the cap blocked the very orders that were supposed to save you. Leave a reserve.
Profit share is 80%, or 90% with the add-on, on a bi-weekly cycle that can shorten to 7 days. None of those payout settings raise the message cap or legalize Instant automation. If the advisor cannot state, in cash, the tier, the day, and the messages it has left, it is not ready for a Hantec server.
