The evaluation and the funded book do not share this rule
While you are in Enhanced or Express evaluation, news trading is permitted. The loss still counts. A brilliant NFP trade and a slipped NFP stop are both real dollars against day-start balance at 00:00. After funding, a two-minute window restricts the release. The exact habit that passed the exam can be the habit that voids the funded account, even when the economic event is identical.
Enhanced's day is $5,000 on $100,000. Express's day is $4,000. A $300 slip is 6% of an Enhanced day and 7.5% of an Express day, on a single lot. Sign up on Venasri and tag the profile evaluation or funded so the news filter changes on the day the status changes.
CPI, NFP, and FOMC slips are ordinary losses
There is no appeal that the wick was the data. If the stop fills 30 pips late on 1.00 lot of gold, about $300 leaves the day. On 1.45 lots the same slip is about $435. If you were already down $4,600 on Enhanced, that one lot ends the session. The static 10% floor and the Express 6% trail do not grant a news exemption either.
The two-minute funded window is about orders around the release, not about pretending the position was never on. A stop already in the market can still slip, and the slip debits the day. Bot controls should block new entries and discretionary closes inside that funded window, and they should cut size before the print so a legal stop-out stays inside the remaining room.
A news robot can fail the message cap before it fails the day
Minimum days are zero and there is no consistency rule, so nothing stops you from making the whole evaluation profit on one NFP. The daily line stops you from losing 5% or 4% in the process, and the funded window stops you from repeating the entry later. Weekend holding, if you opted in, can carry a Thursday position into a Friday release. That is two rules, hold and news, on one ticket.
Be inside $4,250, or $3,250, before the minute starts
Equity Guard on Enhanced should already be flat at $4,250, and on Express at about $3,250, before you volunteer for a release. If open loss is $3,800 on Enhanced, a $300 slip is survivable and a $1,200 slip on oversized gold is not. Reduce the lot until a doubled stop fits in the leftover room. Do not disable the guard "for NFP only."
Payouts at 80%, or 90% with the add-on, do not insure a news mistake. The bi-weekly cycle, or the 7-day add-on, will simply miss the profit you gave back in the window. Hantec's day-start balance rule means a floating winner does not expand the allowance you think you have for the print. Size from the balance at 00:00, then subtract what you have already lost today.
