Three rings on one $100K ticket
2-Step daily: 4% of the higher of day-start balance or equity at 00:00. Quiet $100K: $4,000 daily, $8,000 static max, $8,000 then $5,000 targets. 1-Step: $3,000 daily, $5,000 trailing max. Instant: 3% trailing lifetime ($3,000 on $100K that follows peaks). Funded idea cap: 1% to 2% floating on a thesis, including split tickets. A calculator that only prints $4,000 is a marketing page, not a Maven page.
Because there are zero minimum days, the 8% Phase 1 can theoretically print on day one. Daily 4% forbids a 5% lunge at that 8%. You need stacked 1% to 2% wins that never let a single idea float past the funded 2% ring. Plan evaluation as if funded rules already apply so you do not have to relearn size after the cheap pass.
Midnight higher-of on a 4% hole
Hold +$2,400 of silver overnight. Midnight picks the higher equity. Tuesday's 4% hangs off that richer number. A $2,000 giveback spends half the new daily hole even though Monday closed green. On Instant, that same giveback also walks you toward the 3% trail, which may already have climbed if the float made a higher high. 2-Step static 8% would still look roomy. Instant would not.
Partial before 00:00 when float is greater than about 1.5% if you want Tuesday to keep a full $4,000 2-Step hole. That partial also keeps a single idea from sitting at 2.4% into the funded cap. One action, two rings. You can start a free Venasri account and mark Maven midnights on the same calendar as CPI so you do not hold a 2% gold idea into both events.
Worked idea: two XAUUSD tickets that look like one
You buy 0.80 lots gold, stop 50 dollars away, about $400 risk (0.40%) on $100K. You add 0.80 lots on a pullback with the same stop zone. Combined float at the worst wick is $900 to $1,100 if the stop is honest, or $2,200 if you widen. Funded Maven treats that as one idea. $2,200 is 2.2% and can be a funded fail. Daily 4% would have called it a $2,200 event inside $4,000. The inner ring already snapped.
Correct Maven add-on logic: the second ticket is allowed only if combined float stays under about 1.2% hard. Otherwise it is a new idea on a different pair or a skip. Grid recovery is banned anyway, so averaging down is both a cash mistake and a method mistake.
Equity Guard plus an idea lock
Park Venasri Equity Guard near $3,250 daily on 2-Step $100K, near $2,250 on 1-Step, and near $2,250 or tighter on Instant so the 3% trail never prints. Add a symbol-level lock so combined XAUUSD float cannot exceed $1,200 on $100K. The ZeroMQ MT5 Bridge is what lets that lock see both tickets as one idea instead of two innocent 0.40% fills.
24/7 MT5 Bot Control should also respect funded news windows (2 to 5 minutes) and should refuse martingale-style add-ons even if you click them by hand. Maven's 10-business-day payout clock is generous only if the funded account lives that long. The 3% Instant trail and the 2% idea cap are how it dies early.
