62 points is the unit, and 75 points is a raise
The trail on this slice is $750, 3% of $25,000. The target is $1,500. There is no second target after the 6%. One MNQ at 62 points risks $124. One MES at 25 points risks $125 exactly, because MES is $5 a point. The click that rounds MNQ to a 100-point stop risks $200, which is 0.80% of the slice and more than a quarter of the trail.
Two MNQ contracts at the correct 62-point stop are about $248. That is a full percent, and on an index morning it is often the same trade twice. Bot controls should count correlated index micros as one risk figure. The ladder will not do that for you.
Gold is the clean MT5 ticket, and FX is the awkward one
A 50-pip gold stop at 0.25 lots is $125, because 0.25 times 50 times $10 is $125. A 20-pip stop on a major wants 0.625 lots for the same cash. Use 0.62 lots and the risk is about $124. Use 0.70 lots because the volume ladder looks nicer and the risk is $140. That raise was not in the plan.
Borrowing the clean 0.25 gold lot and then widening the stop to 80 pips makes the ticket $200. The lot was right and the stop was not. Write the cash risk next to the lot before the order, especially if this MT5 ticket is only a mirror of a futures slice.
The $1,500 target is two full trails
Phase target and maximum pain are the same $1,500 on this worksheet, which tempts a $250 unit so the target feels close. Two losses at $250 are $500. Three of them are the entire $750 trail. The $125 unit needs more winners. It also survives a morning that goes wrong. At 1R, twelve net winners are the target, and you should expect the losers to add to that count.
If the live product you buy later is Starter, a best day above 40% of profit can stall a payout after the evaluation math is already satisfied. Forty percent of $1,500 is $600. A $650 session on this slice is a payout problem on Starter and still inside the $750 trail if the sign had been negative. Expert does not apply that 40% share.
Flatten near $562, not at a round $500
Equity Guard belongs near $562, which is 2.25% of $25,000 and leaves about $188 before the $750 trail. A round $500 flatten gives away more buffer than this slice can spare if an index stop slips. The $750 level is the trail itself, which is too late. On the real $50,000 contract the guard jumps to about $1,125, against a trail of $1,500 or $2,000.
The mark remains 4:10 PM ET. A $300 open winner is more than two units. Held through the snapshot, it can lift the trail. Start a Venasri account and keep this $25,000 card away from the $100,000 card, where the unit is $500 and the trail is $3,000.
