Classic daily: 4% of max(day-start balance, equity at 00:00 UTC). $4,000 on flat $100K, static $8,000 to $10,000 max, $9,000 then $6,000 targets. Endurance: $3,000 daily, $6,000 trailing max, Kill Switch on a single idea without a stop. Consistency Mode: same 4% cash plus 50% of target in one day forces extra work (50% of $9,000 is $4,500, which is already larger than the $4,000 daily hole, so a 50% day is almost a daily-loss-adjacent event if it reverses).
Friday threshold 1% to 3% is a weekly cash calculator, not a daily breach calculator. You can survive 4% all week and still miss Friday because you made 0.4%. Keep both.
9% Phase 1 inside a $4,000 daily hole
To print $9,000 without printing -$4,000 you need a positive expectancy path, not a 2% stop. 0.40% risk is $400. A 2R winner is $800. Eleven $800 winners with a few losers is a Phase 1, not three 3% lunges. Consistency Mode forbids the lunge anyway. Classic allows a lumpy day in rule terms, but 4% daily still forbids a 5% lunge. The 9% target is why PipFarm feels slow. Respect the slowness.

Kill Switch dollars on Endurance gold
Endurance single-trade limit plus 3% daily means a naked 2% gold float can die on the Kill Switch before daily 3% ($3,000) even looks close. Pre-set a stop at 0.6% to 0.9% ($600 to $900 on $100K) so the Switch never wakes up. Classic static 10% would have called that 2% float a bruise. Endurance calls it a funeral. Do not practice Classic size on an Endurance login.
Higher-of UTC midnight still raises Tuesday's 4% Classic hole if Monday's float is large. Partial before 00:00 UTC, which may be mid-afternoon in New York and late evening in Singapore. PipFarm HQ is Singapore. The reset is still UTC, not SGT (UTC+8). Do not use Singapore midnight.

Friday payout logic can sit in Fund Manager as a 1% weekly lock, separate from daily 4%. XP Rank will raise split toward 95% if you live. It will not raise the $4,000 daily hole. Trade like Rank 1 until the account says otherwise, even if you feel like Rank 5.
