3:10 PM CT and 5:00 PM CT
Every position must be flat before 3:10 PM CT, and the new CME futures session is 5:00 PM CT. Friday is included. A swing that needs the weekend is the wrong product. The bot should flatten on that clock even if the trade is green, because the breach is the open position, not the loss.
The 2% daily loss is what a gap would have hit if the position had been legal. Since the position must already be closed, the practical risk is forgetting the flatten and meeting the gap anyway. On $100,000, 2% is $2,000. Equity Guard is the backup if a ticket is still working near 3:10.
There is no Sunday open to manage
CFD firms that allow weekend holds still charge the gap to the daily loss. Topstep removes the hold. You do not get to decide whether Sunday's liquidity is acceptable. The end-of-day trailing loss, $3,000 on $100,000, is marked from the flat session, not from a weekend float.
Wednesday triple-swap is a CFD concept that does not replace the flatten rule. If your platform still shows a financing line, the position should already be closed. Create a Venasri account with a hard flatten at 3:10 PM CT rather than a swing preset borrowed from a Stellar or High Stakes login.
Tier-1 windows on the live funded book
News is permitted during the evaluation. Live funded accounts enforce Tier-1 economic release flattening windows. The firm does not publish a minute count in this matrix. Use the live account's Tier-1 flatten window, plus the everyday 3:10 PM CT flat. A 2-minute window copied from a CFD firm is not this rule.
Minimum trading days are two. A Friday flatten does not cost you a minimum day if you traded. It costs you the overnight idea. Phase 1 is 6%. Phase 2 is 0%. The job is the 6% target inside days that end flat.
A day that must end flat can still be too large
The 50% consistency rule on a $100,000 Combine caps the largest winning day at $3,000 against a $6,000 target. Ending flat at 3:10 does not shrink a day that already exceeded that figure. You can be compliant with the weekend rule and still rewrite the target.
Payouts need five winning days of at least $200, and you can withdraw up to 50% of balance. The first $10,000 is paid at 100%, then 90%. All of that assumes the book was flat when it was supposed to be flat. The $99 monthly fee on $100,000 does not buy a weekend exception.
