Two bad days are the entire monthly target
6.5% of $200,000 is $13,000. 3.25% is $6,500. The maximum is $20,000. Phase 1 is $10,000 and Phase 2 lists no further profit target. Half a percent is $1,000. Six losses are $6,000, leaving $500 under the day. The seventh is $7,000. You can be careful all month and still give the engine its whole VaR budget on two ugly dates.
The track record stays open past these numbers. The D-Score and the seed weight do the moving. Open a Venasri account sized to $200,000 so a guard built for $100,000, which flattens at $2,500, does not cut this book after only two and a half units.
5.00 FX lots and 2.00 gold lots are the same $1,000
A 20-pip major at $10 per pip needs 5.00 lots to risk $1,000. A 50-pip gold stop needs 2.00 lots, because 2.00 times 50 times $10 is $1,000. A 1.00 lot gold add-on feels like a small satellite and is $500 on that same stop, half a unit, usually on the same dollar view. Two full gold tickets are $2,000.
Rounding 5.00 lots to 6.00 because the book feels large makes the stop $1,200. Five of those are $6,000, and the sixth is $7,200, through the day. Bot controls should treat 5.00 and 2.00 as ceilings for those stop distances, and they should merge correlated USD risk into one $1,000 bucket.
Followed capital in the millions is not your lot size
The incubator can attract a large investor copy when the signal stays stable. The 15% fee is on that copy's profit above the high-water mark. If $1,000,000 followed you and made $50,000 above the mark, the fee would be $7,500. That outcome comes from leaving the signal at $1,000 of risk, not from raising the MT5 lot until it resembles the investor book.
A 15-fold jump, 0.20 lots to 3.00, is the famous version of instability. At this balance the equivalent mistake is jumping from 5.00 lots to a much larger clip after a loss. Ten trading days of the $1,000 unit can build the $10,000 Phase 1 target in a run of 1R winners. One unstable day can explain the D-Score for the month.
Flatten near $5,000 and leave $1,500 in the day
Equity Guard at 2.50% is $5,000, five units, with $1,500 still under the $6,500 line. That spare is one and a half gold mistakes, not an invitation. The monthly target still has $8,000 left if you stop there, which is the difference between a bad day and a spent month.
Continuous marking means a 2.00 lot gold hold through Sunday is $20 per pip of gap. A 50-pip gap is $1,000, a full unit, before Monday's session starts. Swing profiles may hold. They should hold less than the intraday 2.00 lots. The $20,000 maximum is a long way off if every day ends at $5,000 of pain or less, and it is two bad weeks if they do not.
