Three phases yes, Instant no
If the account is a 1-Phase, 2-Phase, or 3-Phase evaluation, a personal bot may trade, inside the loss rules of that phase. If the account is Instant, the same bot is the violation the firm names as its primary trap. Traders pass a 2-Phase with an EA and then point the identical file at Instant because the payout can arrive as soon as 24 hours after the first profitable funded day. That is the moment the account dies for a reason that never shows up as a drawdown.
Start on Venasri and label the connection "evaluation" or "Instant" before you enable any automation. A shared server with both logins is how a manual Instant account receives an order the EA thought was the 2-Phase.
The floors the bot still has to respect
On a $100K 2-Phase the bot lives under a $4,000 daily loss and a static $10,000 maximum, with a $10,000 then $5,000 target and 5 minimum trading days. On the 1-Phase the daily line is $3,000 and the maximum trails at $6,000. On the 3-Phase the static maximum is $5,000. A bot sized for $10,000 of room will overtrade the 3-Phase path by habit. Equity Guard has to sit outside the EA so a hung expert is not the only flatten.
Use $3,250, 3.25%, on the 2-Phase only, via Equity Guard. On the 1-Phase, flatten before $3,000. Do not arm a dollar that is larger than the official day. Messaging has to stay inside FXPesa anti-abuse thresholds. A trail that edits every tick is how an allowed EA becomes an abuse case without ever being a banned Instant bot.
Lightning, news, and the manual Instant book
Standard evaluations permit news. Lightning and Instant enforce stricter news rules and the 30% to 40% consistency score. A bot that straddles CPI on a 2-Phase evaluation can be legal and still be illegal the day you copy it onto Lightning or Instant. Profit is not the test. The tier is the test. Weekend holding needs an add-on or a specific account type, so an EA that swings by default will hold a position the account is not allowed to hold.
Instant stays manual even if you promise to watch it. Manual Trade Guard, attaching a stop and partials to a click you placed, is not the same object as an entry bot. Use the guard. Do not use the entry algo. The $475 fee on a $100K evaluation is separate from the Instant purchase. Passing one does not license the other.
Turn the bot off when the product changes
Bot Control should have an Instant profile that cannot send entries, and an evaluation profile that can, with the phase's daily dollar loaded. The first funded payout on the allowed path is on demand after the first funded trade closes, then bi-weekly or monthly, at 80% or up to 90% with the add-on. None of those clocks resurrect an Instant account that took one automated order.
Platforms are MT5, MT4, DXtrade, and TradingView. A bot compiled for MT5 does not become manual because you also glance at TradingView. If you want automation, stay on a 1-Phase, 2-Phase, or 3-Phase evaluation. If you want the 24-hour funded path, click the orders yourself and let the guard only protect them.
