The breach that does not need a red day
Instant funding at FXIFY is strictly manual-only. 1-Phase, 2-Phase, and 3-Phase allow EAs and automated bots. Traders move a working evaluation robot onto Instant because the payout story is faster, and the account fails for the robot, not for the 4% math. On $100,000 the 4% line is still $4,000. You can be up on the day and still be in breach if the entries were automated.
Lightning and Instant add a 30% to 40% consistency rule and strict news rules. A profitable Instant session can therefore fail twice: once because an EA traded it, and again because one day is too large a share of the cycle. The 2-Phase path does not carry that Instant ban. Use it if the method is automated.
Midnight is not the same formula on every tier
The daily anchor is day-start balance or the higher of equity, and the firm says which one depends on the program tier. The reset is 00:00 server time, GMT+2 or GMT+3. If your tier uses the higher equity, a $2,000 gold float at the snapshot means the next 4% is measured from a higher reference than the closed balance. Giving that float back after midnight spends the new day.
If your tier uses day-start balance only, the float does not raise the reference, but an intraday equity tag of the loss line still counts. You can sign up for Venasri and label the tier before you hold anything into 00:00. Guessing that every FXIFY login uses the higher-of-equity rule is how the wrong partial gets skipped.
Three maximum-loss contracts hide inside one brand
2-Phase maximum loss is a static 10%, $10,000 on $100,000, floor $90,000. 1-Phase trails at 6%, $6,000 of starting room. 3-Phase is a static 5%, $5,000. A trader who passes a 2-Phase mental model and then trades a 3-Phase login has half the lifetime room they think they have. The daily 4% line on 2-Phase is $4,000. The 1-Phase daily line is 3%, $3,000.
Map the login on Equity Guard to the contract that was purchased, not to the YouTube recap of "FXIFY is 4% and 10%." That sentence is the 2-Phase card. It is the wrong card for Instant, for 1-Phase, and for 3-Phase.
What to flatten before 00:00
On a higher-of-equity tier, partial a large open winner 20 to 40 minutes before midnight so the next day's 4% reference is the closed balance you chose. On a balance-anchored tier, still flatten if a floating loss is walking toward the daily cash line, because the tag is intraday. Weekend holding needs the add-on or a specific account type, so a Friday float that you meant to partial can become a Sunday gap on a login that was not allowed to hold.
Bot Control should refuse entries on Instant and should partial evaluation winners before 00:00 GMT+2 or GMT+3. The first funded payout, on demand after the first close, is irrelevant if the account already failed the EA test or the snapshot test the night before.
