What 0.80 to 1.45 lots costs in dollars
On 1.00 lot, each 0.10 price move is $10. A 50 pip stop on 0.80 lots is 0.80 times 50 times $10, which is $400. A 70 pip stop on 1.45 lots is 1.45 times 70 times $10, which is $1,015. Both numbers sit under the $4,000 daily allowance on a $100,000 2-Phase account. The band is a cap against a COMEX open wick, not a suggestion to trade 1.45 lots on every idea.
A strict 0.50% risk on that account is $500. At a 50 pip stop and $10 per pip on 1.00 lot, $500 is 1.00 lot. At a 70 pip stop, $500 is about 0.71 lots, which is under the 0.80 floor of the cap. If you want both the cap and the half-percent risk, use the wider stop only with the smaller lot, or the 0.80 lot only with a stop whose cash stays near $500.
Which FXIFY floor the gold wick actually hits
2-Phase maximum loss is a static 10%, $10,000, with the floor at $90,000 from the start. 1-Phase maximum trails at 6%, $6,000 of room at the start. 3-Phase maximum is a static 5%, $5,000. A $1,015 gold stop is a quarter of the 2-Phase day and a large slice of a 3-Phase lifetime floor. The same 1.45 lot ticket is not portable across those three contracts.
Daily loss on 1-Phase is 3%, $3,000 on $100,000, not the 4% figure from 2-Phase. Size gold off the login you hold. You can sign up for Venasri and store the 2-Phase $4,000 card apart from the 1-Phase $3,000 card so a gold preset does not travel with the wrong account.
COMEX wick, then the midnight snapshot
The lot cap exists so a COMEX open wick does not eat the daily allowance in one print. The stop has to be on the ticket before that print. A manual gold click with no stop makes the 4% line the stop. Manual Trade Guard is there to put the 50 to 70 pip stop on the fill in milliseconds, then pay partials instead of hoping the wick comes back.
If the tier anchors the day to the higher of equity at 00:00 GMT+2 or GMT+3, a gold float held through that clock raises the next session's 4% reference. Check the open gold risk on Equity Guard before the snapshot. Booking part of a large winner before midnight keeps Tuesday's $4,000 hole from being measured off an inflated float.
Where a gold bot is allowed to enter
A gold EA is allowed on 1-Phase, 2-Phase, and 3-Phase. It is banned on Instant. Lightning and Instant also enforce strict news rules and a 30% to 40% consistency score. A single COMEX expansion that is a huge share of cycle profit can pass the 4% loss check and still fail that consistency score. Weekend gold holds need the add-on or a specific account type.
Point the MT5 bot desk at the evaluation login, cap the lot at 1.45 on $100,000, and refuse a second gold ticket that would push combined cash risk through $4,000. FXPesa anti-abuse thresholds still apply, so do not trail the stop on every gold tick through the open.
