A $25 plan that gold will not print
Two-Step numbers on $5,000 are 4% daily, $200, and 8% static, $400. Phase 1 is 8%, also $400. The 0.50% unit is $25. At $10 per pip on 0.10 lots, 0.01 lots is $1 per pip. A 50-pip structural stop at 0.01 lots is $50, which is 1% of the account and double the written risk. A 25-pip stop at 0.01 lots is the $25 unit, if the structure is actually that tight. If it is not, this account cannot hold a 50-pip gold idea at the minimum lot.
Eight clean $25 losses would be required to reach $200. Four of the $50 gold stops do it instead. Create a Venasri account and record the lot the platform will actually accept. If that lot risks $50, the day only contains four mistakes, and Equity Guard has to assume $50 tickets rather than the $25 spreadsheet.
The 1-Step line is $150, not $200
The 1-Step daily loss is 3%, $150 on $5K, and the maximum trails at 5%, $250. Instant trails at 3%, also $150. A trader who memorizes "$200 and $400" and then buys the 1-Step has given themselves $50 of daily room that does not exist. Two $50 gold stops are $100. A third is the $150 line. The static $400 floor of the 2-Step is not there to save them.
Equity Guard at 3.25% is $162.50. That sits under the 2-Step $200 line and already past the 1-Step $150 line. Use $162.50 only on the 2-Step login. On the 1-Step, flatten before $150. Set the right login on Equity Guard so a micro account does not inherit a $100K preset of $3,250, which is more than half of this entire $5K book.
Funded stacking on a tiny balance
The funded floating cap is 1% to 2% per idea, and combined tickets on one pair above 1.5% to 2.0% are the breach. On $5K, 1.5% is $75 and 2% is $100. Two open 0.01 gold lots with 50-pip stops are $100. The $200 daily line still shows $100 of room, and the funded rule can already be broken. This is the small-account version of the same trap that costs $1,500 on a $100K book.
There is no minimum trading day, so a $15 micro can be attempted in an afternoon. That is how a $50, then $50, then $50 sequence spends the day before the $400 target has a chance. Personal trade managers are allowed. A manager that adds a third gold ticket after two losers is the martingale Maven prohibits. One ticket, then flat.
What to arm before the $15 attempt
Daily flatten at $162.50 on the 2-Step. Hard stop on the single gold ticket. No second position in XAUUSD while the first is open. Bot Control can pause new orders once the day is down $100, which is two minimum gold stops, and it can keep the funded 2-minute to 5-minute news window empty. A news wick on 0.01 lots is still $1 per pip.
The 00:00 snapshot uses the higher of balance or equity. A +$80 float on a $5,000 account is 1.6% of the book. It raises the next 4% base. Bank it. The Phase 1 target is only $400, so a float that large is a real piece of the goal, not noise. Treat the $5K card as its own contract, not as a $100K plan with the zeros removed.
