1.00 lot is light and 1.50 lots is a different plan
The standard day is $2,000, 4% of $50,000. The static maximum is $5,000, so equity at $45,000 ends the book. The 0.50% unit is $250. At $10 per pip, 1.25 lots with a 20-pip stop cost $250. A 1.00 lot click is $200, which is 0.40%, and it will feel like the professional default because it is a round number. A 1.50 lot click is $300 and is already 0.60%.
Gold at 0.50 lots with a 50-pip stop is also $250. The round-number trap here is 1.00 lot of gold, which is $500 on that stop and 1% of the account. Two of those are $1,000, half the day, and they often point the same direction. Bot controls should cap a single metals ticket at $250 unless you deliberately shorten the stop and the cash risk still prints the unit.
Two full days leave $1,000, and Phase 2 wants $3,000
Phase 1 is $4,500. Phase 2 is 6%, or $3,000. Three minimum trading days apply. Two complete $2,000 days are $4,000, which leaves $1,000 of the $5,000 floor. A third day is not available in full. That is the personality of the 10% maximum against a 4% day: you get two bad sessions and a fraction of a third.
Endurance on $50,000 cuts the day to $1,500 and the trailing maximum to $3,000. The $2,000 note is the wrong card. Consistency caps any single day at 50% of cycle profit, so half of $4,500 is $2,250. A $2,400 expansion fails that mode. Classic can keep the same result if the 4% line and the static floor stay intact. The fee and the platform do not tell you which rule you bought. The mode name does.
A $2,000 runner is too large to donate to midnight
At 00:00 UTC the firm takes the higher of balance and floating equity. A $2,000 open gain is 4% of this account. If it is still live at the snapshot, the next day can be measured from the richer number. Giving it all back spends the entire daily budget on a trade that yesterday would have called a win. Partial it. Leave a runner measured in hundreds, not in thousands.
Classic weekend holding makes Friday afternoon the same decision with more hours attached. Under Rank 3 you also stay out of the two minutes around high-impact news. A slipped stop during that release still debits $2,000 of room. The 2,000-message ceiling is easy to burn if several 1.25 lot trails edit on every tick through the London and New York overlap.
Flatten near $1,625, not at the $2,000 print
Equity Guard on the standard book should flatten near $1,625, which is 3.25% of $50,000 and leaves $375 before the official day. Endurance should flatten near $1,125 against its $1,500 day. The $500 gap between the $4,500 target and the $5,000 floor is not extra daily room. It is the last of the lifetime loss, and a late flatten spends it.
Open a Venasri account with 1.25 lots stored as the 20-pip FX default and 0.50 lots stored as the 50-pip gold default. If either stop is longer, drop the lot until the cash figure is $250 again. Recalculate after any open profit that will still be live at 00:00 UTC.
