The $200 remainder is a slip, not a trade
Half of 1% is $500. Four losses are $2,000. The hard day is $2,200, so $200 remains, which is 10 points on one NQ and not a new plan. The trail at $3,000 would allow a sixth $500 loss and still show $0. That sixth loss does not exist, because the day ends first. Size to the day. Let the trail be the second ceiling you should not need.
The target is $6,000, twelve net units if every winner is 1R and losers are counted separately. The Test wants those dollars across 5 days, with no day above half of profit. Half of $6,000 is $3,000. Stop the green day nearer $2,000. The bot desk can enforce both the $500 ticket and the session pause.
25 points on one NQ, or 50 points on five MNQ
E-mini Nasdaq pays $20 a point, so 25 points is $500. Five micro Nasdaq contracts at 50 points are also $500, at $2 a point. Ten MES at 10 points are $500, at $5 a point. Two NQ at 25 points are $1,000. Two losses at that size are $2,000, the same place four correct stops would have landed, with no room for the $200 slip.
The MT5 mirror is 2.50 lots of a major on a 20-pip stop, or 1.00 gold lot on a 50-pip stop. A second gold lot is another $500. If the futures book already has the NQ, skip the metal. Correlated risk is one $500 budget, not a budget per symbol.
This balance is where the PRO switch is easiest to ignore
The Test marks the $3,000 trail at 5:00 PM ET. PRO follows the high until the buffer is built. A run to $102,000 puts the live floor near $99,000. A return there is a $1,000 loss versus the start, inside the $2,200 day, and it can still be the breach. The $500 unit is what keeps that giveback from being one contract of NQ over 50 points. One NQ giveback of 150 points from the high is $3,000 by itself.
PRO pays 80% and PRO+ pays 90%, with a withdrawal possible on day one after the buffer. The book is flat at 5:00 PM ET anyway. The one-minute blackout around FOMC, NFP, and CPI is also a PRO rule. None of those payout terms add a sixth $500 loss to the day.
Flatten at $1,450, which is three units and a little air
Equity Guard at $1,450 is just under three $500 losses. You stop before the fourth, and the official line still has $750 of unused room for the slip that happens as you flatten. Set the guard before 9:30 AM ET. A guard armed at noon has missed the open that spends an oversized NQ.
On $150,000 the day is $3,300, so do not keep $1,450 out of habit, and do not keep $500 if the new unit should be $750. Open a Venasri account with this $100,000 card stored separately. The fee was $210. The risk unit is $500. They are not related numbers.
