The $1,500 plan floor and the $2,000 trail
The sizing plan uses a maximum drawdown of $1,500, which is 3% of $50,000, and a daily loss of $1,000, which is 2%. The firm matrix also states an end-of-day trailing maximum of $2,000 on a $50,000 account, locking at the initial balance. They are both published. The plan that keeps you alive respects the tighter cash line in force, and it does not pretend the two numbers are the same. Equity Guard should use the $1,000 day first.
Phase 1 is $3,000, or 6%. Phase 2 is 0%. Half of $3,000 is $1,500, so the 50% consistency ceiling and the 3% floor land on the same dollars again. A day above $1,500 extends the target. A loss of $1,500 meets the plan floor. Create a Venasri account and write $1,000, $1,500, and $2,000 on the card so none of them gets dropped.
A $250 trade against a $1,000 day
0.50% is $250. The lot loses $250 at the stop. The daily line is $1,000. The book is flat before 3:10 PM CT, and the new session is 5:00 PM CT. Weekend holding is prohibited. The bot flattens at the clock and should not resize the $250 idea into something that spends the $1,000 line alone.
The $100,000 trail is $3,000 and the $150,000 trail is $4,500. Those are other accounts. For this $50,000 balance the matching published trail is $2,000. The $99 monthly fee is the published $100,000 subscription. CME order-to-fill limits apply to automated edits. There is no 200-trade cap.
Five days of $200 under a $1,000 loss line
A $200 winning day is the payout minimum and a small piece of the $3,000 target. Five of them open a withdrawal of up to 50% of balance. The first $10,000 withdrawn is paid at 100%, then 90%. A single day near $1,500 is the consistency problem. A single day of $1,000 the wrong way is the daily-loss problem.
News is permitted in the evaluation. Live funded accounts add Tier-1 flatten windows on top of 3:10 PM CT. The end-of-day nature of the trail means an intraday spike that is flat by 3:10 is not the same as a new closing high. Know which number moved.
The $100,000 gold lot is a different balance
The gold band of 0.80 to 1.45 lots with a 50 to 70 pip stop is written for a $100,000 challenge. This account risks $250. The index stop of 60 to 100 points still has to be flat at 3:10 PM CT. Derive the contract from $250, then check it against the $1,000 day.
Platforms remain TopstepX, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, and Quantower. The stop lives on the platform that holds the fill. A $50,000 book does not get a quieter consistency rule. Half of $3,000 is still $1,500.
