0.62 lots is the FX click and 0.70 lots is a raise
The standard day is $1,000, which is 4% of $25,000. The static maximum is $2,500, so $22,500 equity is the end. Half a percent is $125. Majors pay $10 per pip at 1.00 lot, so a 20-pip stop wants 0.625 lots. Use 0.62 lots and the cash risk is $124. Use 0.70 lots because the ladder looks nicer and the cash risk is $140, a raise you did not write into the plan.
Gold is the clean instrument at this size. A 50-pip stop at 0.25 lots is $125 exactly, because 0.25 times 50 times $10 is $125. The mistake is keeping 0.25 lots and stretching the stop to 80 pips, which is $200, or adding a second 0.25 lot because the first one looks small on a $25,000 chart. Two gold ideas are $250 and they are often the same US dollar trade. Bot controls should count correlated metals as one risk.
Phase 2 is $1,500, the size of a day and a half
Phase 1 is $2,250. Phase 2 is 6%, or $1,500. Three minimum days apply. The symmetry that gets people in trouble is the $2,500 floor sitting $250 beyond the first target. Risking $250 so the target feels close means two losses are $500 and four losses are the entire day. The $125 unit needs more winners. It also survives a morning that goes wrong.
Endurance on $25,000 is a $750 day and a $1,500 trailing maximum. The $1,000 Classic note is $250 too loose for that exam. Consistency still applies a 50% best-day rule. Half of the $2,250 target is $1,125. A $1,200 gold expansion can fail Consistency without ever approaching a $1,000 hole. Classic does not score that share.
A $1,000 open gain is the whole next day if it reverses
The daily anchor is the higher of balance or floating equity at 00:00 UTC. A $1,000 floating gold gain is 4% of this account. Held through the snapshot, it can become the base the next session is measured from. A full reversion then spends the entire $1,000 day while yesterday closed-trade profit still looks excellent. Book part of it. Leave a runner only if the runner cash is small next to $1,000.
Weekend holds are legal on Classic and can be added on other modes through rank. Sunday gaps land in the new day. Under Rank 3 the two-minute news block still applies. A stop that slips during the release still costs dollars against the $1,000. The message cap of 2,000 a day is a separate way to lose a green session if a trail edits every tick.
Flatten near $812 and ignore the round $1,000 exit
Equity Guard on the standard book belongs near $812 of daily loss, 3.25% of $25,000. The official line is $1,000, which is too late to be your exit. A tidy $750 flatten gives away more buffer than this gap can spare if gold slips, but it is still inside the firm line. Endurance should sit near $562 against its $750 day. Pick the mode before you pick the dollar.
The $250 gap between target and floor is two units. Do not spend it on a rounding choice. Create a Venasri login and store 0.62 FX lots and 0.25 gold lots as the default clicks for a 20-pip and a 50-pip stop. If the stop is wider, the lot has to fall until the cash risk prints $125 again.
